We had a beautiful time. We were immediately at home and comfortable. There were 9 of us, a little tight with 2 bathrooms, but we made it work. Close to town, beaches within 10 minutes. We had our family of 9 people stay here during our visit to Lake Tahoe and we had an overall great experience. The home was nice and spacious, the kitchen was fully stocked with utensils, pots and pans and pretty much everything you need to cook meals at home, and the air conditioners worked great to cool the home down, which tends to get hot quick. The only downsides we have about this listing is that the refrigerator would not stop leaking (the owners already knew about it and were in the process of getting it fixed), the beds were a little stiff, especially the bunk beds which made it hard for some people to rest well, and although the listing shows a maximum of 10 people, we think 8 people would fit best for maximum comfort. Other than that, communication with our hosts was very efficient and quick. We had no issues with check in or check out. Would stay here again!

Nice place with all amenities that you might need. Really liked that they had the propane tanks filled and ready for the grill. Parking was a little tight and steps leading up to the house are steep. Master bedroom is beautiful and nicely set up. All other bed rooms were clean and neat.

Nice living room space for a larger group to hang out. There are a lot of different board games provided for guests to use during the visit. There were a couple of issues our group ran into, however.

The heater only works for the downstairs area. The ACs in the upstairs rooms were also heaters supposedly. However, despite turning them up to the highest temperature setting, it kept blowing out cold air. We tried to use the gas fireplace, but it smelled heavily of gas and did not feel safe to keep it on. There were a few blankets we found, but not enough for everyone staying upstairs, where three of the bedrooms are.

Parking is a bit more difficult, up a hill on a ramp. One of the sedan cars with a bike hatch had issues going up the ramp (even after removing the bikes) and ended up getting things scratched.

Bathrooms are also a lot smaller than expected. Provided bathroom essentials are the smaller hotel shampoo+conditioner and bar soaps.

We took up 7 adults and 2 babies just before Christmas. The place was beautiful and very clean. I loved the dining table! The location was about 15 minutes of an easy drive to Heavenly Ski Resort and not to far from restaurants.

We did come up shortly after a big storm so the driveway had a few inches of snow and ice on it. And the steps had a bunch of snow which was expected! The only improvements I would have liked would be a better snow shovel.

Would definitely book again. 5 stars!

The only things that were very minor was the house phone kept ringing with spam calls and it rained super hard the last night we were there and the roof in the master bedroom started leaking.

But they were very responsive hosts and I’m sure they’ll fix those things for any future guests.

Absolutely beautiful cabin, clean and super chick decor. Everything about was super clean and so cute. There's everything you might need like kitchen utensils and pans to extra mattress in the closet. There are 2 propane's grills in the patio. Parking is the only downfall i found as there is not actual parking space but more of a small driveway. So we had 3 cars and they fit bearly , parked close together. 15min drive to casino and heavenly. I would totally recommend this cabin for your future trips. I know for sure were coming back. Theres this awesome gaming table for the kids which kids and adults enjoyed. Theres table games and poker set. Made beautiful memories with my family.

Great home and accommodations for groups of people. Home was equipped with anything you might need during your stay. Only inconvenience was having to figure out how to turn on the boiler for hot water. However, they were responsive and guided us through the process.
