One of our favorite airbnbs in Tahoe. Very close to everything in South Lake and yet perfectly peaceful with the woods in the backyard. Plenty of space for our group of 12. We’ll stay here again!

Great place for a family vacation with plenty of room and spaces to spread out. Kids really enjoyed the game room and everyone enjoyed the spacious deck. We even got to see some bears from the deck. Convenient location to town but also peaceful away from the crowds.

This spacious and beautifully decorated villa was an amazing weekend getaway. The kitchen, game room, and balcony jacuzzi were the highlights of our stay. We spent most of our time inside enjoying this 3 story villa. 10/10 recommend!!

Amazing stay! House is well stocked and furnished with all your essential needs. We were a large group of adults and kids and everyone had enough space between the 6 bedrooms and living areas. Hot tub, game room, and vast snow-filled backyard (perfect for sledding!) were all utilized and appreciated during our stay. 10 min drive to Heavenly and grocery stores makes this a convenient location. Would highly recommend this house if you are skiing Heavenly or looking for a great home base rental in South Lake Tahoe.

Our group of 14 stayed here and we all truly enjoyed it. The host was very responsive and understanding. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely book again in the future. So much snow right in the back yard to play, no need to go anywhere! The hot tub was perfect after a long day of playing in the snow. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could need. Our house was BEAUTIFUL! Large & well appointed. It backs to the Toiyabe National Forest. We sat on the deck at dawn & dusk watching wildlife (bears, coyote, and deer). The house had a lot of space and things to do inside (game room, media room) and outside (hot tub on deck). The bedrooms were large with very comfortable bedding. We cooked meals every night in the large kitchen and on the grills. The house is beautifully decorated and VERY CLEAN. It's in a quiet and safe neighborhood, that is 5 minutes from all the action (State Line restaurants/casinos, lake access, biking, etc.). We will stay here again! Lake Tahoe is a wonderful place to vacation. We have been going there for over 20 years. This is our FAVORITE PLACE where we have stayed.

Amazing home. Super clean, mountain theme home, backs up to great walking trails in the Lake Tahoe forests. Very private. The kitchen is beautifully stocked with dishes, silverware, cooking supplies, etc. All furniture in excellent condition. So much room for our group of 8, can’t say enough good things!! Highly, highly recommend!

This stay was amazing. The best stay in Tahoe for a large family thus far. All of my family members were thrilled with every aspect of the house and all the beds were more than enough for each member and super comfy. Definitely would love to rebook for the future.

We loved this home! We had a group gather for a ladies weekend and absolutely loved the home. The space was clean, bright and had so much room! Plenty of beds, bathrooms and just a beautiful home, in a quiet, tranquil neighborhood.

Absolutely pristine! This place was beautiful and super spacious! Something that wasn’t quite captured in the description: there are 6 bedrooms
- 2 masters with own bathrooms
- 1 with 5 beds (4 bunks, 1 full or queen) with its own massive bathroom
- 3 bedrooms right next to 2 separate bathrooms
Basically, everyone will have their own privacy.

Aside from the 4 twin beds, all the other beds are huge.

We just had a great Easter vacation at your property. The home was just as pictured (couches were different, but still cozy). The house was fully stocked, plenty of kitchen supplies to make family dinners. The views from the back of the house were stunning. The process was easy and management was responsive. Didn't want to leave, can't wait to come back.

This place delivered as promised. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a place to accommodate a large group.

Great space & location for our trip to South Lake Tahoe - would recommend for any large groups!

The place looks just like the pictures, very nice and spacious for a group of friends. The hot tub was lovely. The game room was awesome with pool, foosball , chess, and a pinball machine.

We were unfortunately hit with a storm during this trip, note that this house has a cancellation policy that does not allow for you to cancel due to bad weather or road closures.

There was water leaking from the ceiling downstairs that we had to find a bucket to catch. There was a ton of snow on the roof and the neighbors were all plowing the snow off but our Airbnb wasn’t able to send someone while we were there, so we were a bit concerned about the roof given there were warnings of roof collapses due to the rain / snow storm.

There was also a mouse in the kitchen that came out from under the stove that alarmed our guests. Otherwise the house was very clean and the kitchen well stocked.

On the plus.. management was very responsive every time we reached out, and check in process was smooth.

If you are looking for a spacious and comfortable home to stay in while in South Lake Tahoe, this is it. Beautiful home loaded with all of the amenities. At the end of a long day in the snow, coming to a home that had so much room for everyone was truly blessing. To save some money while on vacation, we cooked most meals in the home and we found everything we needed to make that happen. Kitchen and home was fully stocked with all of the basics and more. We would not hesitate in coming back in the near future. With three levels in the home, and so much to offer, there really was something for everyone (TV's and couches to relax, awesome game room, and separate bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone). We had a great time. Thank you for the wonderful experience!

This beautiful place saved us when we had an emergency with our precious place. When we walked in we immediately fell in love with everything and we mean everything about this place! We have is saved for all of our future stays in Tahoe!!

Planned a trip for 12 adults! The home had basically EVERYTHING we needed. Home was very comfortable and good use of space and storage. The very bottom does get very warm at night and needed the thermostat to be adjusted frequently but overall the beds we’re very comfortable and the scenery was absolutely gorgeous. Would love to come back again!

This place was perfect for a large group, had all the amenities described. I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a place to stay that is close to Sierra at Tahoe Ski Resort.

Simply amazing! We booked this place to spend time with our loved ones after our wedding and it was everything and more… spacious but cozy and luxurious. The adults had a lot of fun cooking together and hanging in the hot tub, and our kids had a blast playing games and sledding in the backyard. We will definitely book again.

This place was amazing! My family and I flew there for family vacation, 13 of us. The place was extremely clean and location was great! Very peaceful and quiet backyard with beautiful views! Plenty of room to sleep comfortably and hang out . Super easy to check in and check out. It has pretty much everything you need for a wonderful stay. We made a lot of amazing memories and had a super great time! Would totally recommend and plan on going back again one day!

We loved this home and would absolutely come back to stay here in the future. It is located only 10 minutes from the lake, grocery stores, and Heavenly. Our favorite part of the house was the game room in the loft, our kids had w blast!

The house was awesome. We had our sons wedding at Emerald Bay overlooking Lake Tahoe and booked the house for both families to stay in while we were there for the wedding. The house had ample accommodations for everybody. The bathrooms were in great shape all the kitchen utensils and plates were A+. The house also has easy access to the trails for a hike. Close to most amenities in the Tahoe region.

This home is stunning. It is in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood with the back deck facing the woods that have hiking and biking trails, and is a 10 minute drive to downtown South Lake Tahoe. The home itself exceed our expectations. Beautifully appointed, easy to check-in and out, large garage, central air, hot tub and full game room, and fast and easy communication with the host. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

This house was amazing! Had great views of the mountain scenery and plenty of places near by to go for hikes! There were also plenty of beds for everyone to have their own. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting the area!

We packed up our entire house thinking they would have a few plates, silverware, crappy cutlery, but nope! This place has it all! Must of have counted 20 coffee cups and just as many plates, bowls, and glassware. Pantry stocked with just about everything you would need to whip up a great meal. Just bring some food (if you plan on cooking) and great company.
9 minutes away from a safeway and downtown. Check in was a breeze. House was super clean, which is probably attributed to the fact that it was recently renovated. We had 14 guests and still had plenty of room. Would, hands down, book here again.

Amazing place, everything was ready to go when we arrived. Super simple check-in and check-out procedures. The house is in a great location, easily accessible to the town and local hikes, etc. 5 stars all around!

Great place, very well maintained. All the bedrooms were clean and stocked with enough blankets. Very nice entertainment room. It also has enough utensils for a weekend trip and are pretty clean. Having a 240v EV charger was a plus. We had a great time and would definitely recommend. All the rooms have great TV and sound systems and a lot of board games too.

The house is awesome! We have family gathering and they love it here. There are games for the children to keep them entertained. Big open kitchen living room for the adults. All things you possible need to cook. Enough bath towels for everyone to use. Definitely will come back to visit here again! Communication with the property owner is slow at the beginning but as closer to the check in date then you have better communication.
