We had the best time

There’s no foil or hair dryer or coffee inside. The hot tub is a little bit dirty. Other than that, the house is pretty and comfortable.

Super responsive and included great instructions. Had most anything we could have needed.

Fantastic stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this cabin. It was nice and peaceful. Cabin looks a lot bigger in pictures but description clearly states it’s for no more than 10 people. We had 6 adults and 3 little ones and it was perfect.
Big kitchen area and dining area. Large entry and laundry area downstairs. Game room area was fun. Lots of linens, pillows, and towels were provided. Kitchen was fully stocked with cooking utensils and they even had some condiments. The hot tub was very relaxing and needed after a hike.
Our only complaint was the cleanliness of the cabin. It has clearly not been deep cleaned in sometime. We ran the dishwasher when we got there, swept, mopped and cleaned main surfaces. We had little ones so it was definitely bothersome. It was mainly a dust and build up issue. Beds, linens, and towels were all perfectly cleaned.
We communicated with host and they responded right away and gave us options to correct issues.

The place and the location was perfect to have a getaway. The host was gracious with their communications and clear directions.

This was the worst AIRBNB that we have every rented. The rental company hides many of the flaws of this property by using old pictures that do not match the current status of this house! This house is located right beside an abandoned falling-down property with rotten boats and cars in the front yard and fences that have fallen down displaying garbage everywhere. This is the view that you will see from the master bedroom, kitchen and bunk room. When I contacted the rental company, I was told that they are not responsible for how the neighbors keep their property. The photos of this property show a beautiful hot tub in the back yard-what they didn't show was the dilapidated shack that sits right beside that is all boarded up and condemned.
Upon arrival the kitchen and living room floors where so dirty that my daughters' feet where black within the hour. We had to make another run to the grocery store for cleaning supplies just to be comfortable. DO NOT book this house!

Pros: location, large kitchen with all the tools needed. Communication with hosts. We had a few issues and they were super responsive and helpful. House was cute.
Cons: king bed in the primary is super hard. Couches in living room are not comfortable, nor large enough for our family of 4. No tv in the primary (seemed like there once was)

We had a nice stay in South Lake Tahoe! The place had so many helpful amenities in the bathrooms and kitchens to make cooking and dining in the airbnb really easy.

Warning: there's no AC in the house but it didn't get too bad with the windows open at night. We weren't able to try out the hot tub because of the strict usage hours but still had a comfy stay here!

Great host! Very responsive. The place was beautiful, very well-stocked, and perfectly located. We felt very lucky to be able to book the place for the 4th, and would do so again in a heartbeat!

Beautiful house and location. About a 10 minute drive to the nearest grocery store and 15-20 into town and the beaches. Very peaceful and quiet location. House was great and looked exactly like the photos!

House was as described! Priced right over a holiday weekend with everything going on in Tahoe. We felt lucky to find.

Had everything you needed, it was perfect for my bachelor group of 7. Everything is labeled so you know where everything is in the kitchen. The area is secluded and feels very private. The hot tub was great to relax in after a long day of enjoying the Tahoe outdoors. Would definitely look here first if I ever go back to Tahoe.

Great place to stay outside of town, very quiet and peaceful with beautiful surroundings. House has everything you need and was spotless.

This is a really nice spacious house that we really enjoyed. Located in a quiet area about 20 min from Heavenly California lodge and 30 min from Kirkwood. It was comfortable for our two families and we’ll definitely consider booking again in the future.

This cabin was great for our group of 7! Nice large space that had everything we could need and was very peaceful neighborhood. Not too far from the Heavenly Village either!

Stayed here with a group of 5 friends; probably would have still been comfortable with a few more. Very spacious indoor space and outdoor deck. The kitchen was especially spacious and well stocked - between that and the grill, we unexpectedly ended up cooking all of our meals during our weekend. We loved having the poker table and the large dining room table. Location is quiet and peaceful. It took maybe ~20 minutes to drive to town, with a variety of grocery and fast food options located closer than that.

My family and I stayed for 5 nights this summer and had a great stay. The house has great storage right when you walk in; perfect for shoes and helmets and all the summer gear!
The beds and linens were very comfortable and the kitchen is well labeled and well stoked. We cooked every breakfast and almost every dinner and I felt very at home in their kitchen. The deck off the main living area has a bbq and large picnic table. It’s very peaceful and the forest behind the property is quiet and beautiful. The garage space was clutch too! We could store all our bikes and fishing gear and keep everything safely secured and organized. We’ll be back!

Easy to follow instruction, great amenities, beautiful location.

Perfect location for us. Only 20 mins into town for all the shopping and lake fun. Far enough away from the crowds that our evenings were relaxing and peaceful.

Super homey! Spacious and clean! My son loved the arcade game & the hot tub in the mountains was great. 5 star…only recommendation/slight complaint is the master bedroom had no tv… i like to fall asleep watching a show 🙂

Fantastic place in a cozy spot! Woodsy backyard & lovely atmosphere & location. We all had a great time & all 8 of us had comfortable beds to sleep in. Overall, would recommend this to anyone looking for a more remote cabin but nearby lakes & towns to be active!

Great get away spot in South Lake Tahoe. We were far enough away to feel cozy but close enough for hiking, kayaking and visiting the casinos. Great trailheads near this location. . The jacuzzi was also well maintained and far enough from the main house to feel private.

We enjoyed this stay. Hosts were very responsive & accommodating. Kids loved the video game machine even my 4 year old was up there playing it.

We might not ever be able to rent an Airbnb without video game machines now LOL.

Nice area close to the river, but many diseased trees or fallen trees. The restrictions of guests and curfew for noise, they put more emphasizes on cleaning up the surrounding area.

Great place to go with family kids lived there own beds and video game and hot tub was a hit with kids wish it was closer to the house

The house is very clean, looks exactly like in the pictures! The extra games were fun and the kitchen is fully stocked for cooking. The house is farther away from everything then I thought it was.

This location is perfect in South Shore, it's very close distance to all the action on that side of the lake. The house itself is very spacious and clean with a couple nice decks to enjoy food and coffee with friends or family. I'd stay again!

One word: fantastic! The house is beautiful and very roomy; there were 7 of us altogether and it never felt crowded or cramp. The kitchen was incredible and perfect for a couple of family dinners, everyone had more than enough room. The house was well-stocked with all the basic amenities. As for the location, it was perfect. Close enough to town to get there in a few minutes, but far enough away to think you’re out in the forest somewhere. Definitely will be staying here again.

Spacious and comfortable stay, complete with laptop hook-ups for those working remotely. Porch in the front made for some nice mornings to sip coffee from. Steps from the Pioneer Trail where we road biked on many mornings. Thank you for the hospitality!

This place was good. You can get to do all kinds activities in South Lake Tahoe within 15 min drive. The kitchen has lots of kitchenware to use. Lots of board games and Xbox were provided. We had so much fun during our stay.
