We had good times.

We had a group of 11. There was plenty of space for all of us to sleep and nobody was doubled up in a bed. There were 3 bathrooms an additional one in the basement would have been great. Overall the location was great, we will come back!

Nice place the only issue we had was the lack of bathrooms. Too many beds and rooms to share one bathroom upstairs. No bathroom in the basement or the big bedroom is

Overall, great stay, although 2 issues came to mind. 1, it would have been much easier to cook with non stick pans. At a minimum, some brillo pads to clean the pans would have been nice. Lastly, with a house that actively promotes large groups, not being able to take showers without running out of water after 2 or 3 showers, then having to wait an hour before starting again, was a serious inconvenience for a house and price point of this caliber. Otherwise, a good stay.

The house was beautiful and roomy with such great views all around. Great for our big family. The house was very clean and well kept. There were more than enough towels/pillows/blankets for everyone. The kitchen was stocked to the brim with everything you need for cooking and eating meals. No need to bring plastic plates/cups and utensils. We were very satisfied with our stay. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend anyone else to stay here as well. hopefully it’s available next summer when we plan another family trip out 🙂

We had a great stay. The house was well-suited for our group of 13 — plenty of space! We really enjoyed walking through the neighborhood and exploring along the creek and marshy wetlands behind the house. The house itself needs a little upkeep, and I have communicated with the management about specific repairs that are needed. But overall I would be happy to stay at this house again.

We had a guest list of 14 and the home accommodates perfect for that. Location was super convenient to casino , shops, restaurants and hiking trails/lake. We did it all and loved it! The temp was alittle warmer then we thought, but not much to do about that and luckily evenings feel fresh so windows could be opened over night. The downstairs bedroom stays the coolest!

Very nice place. Clean, spacious, no issues.

We traveled from far away so we heavily relied on the accuracy of the listing. The house was beautiful at first glance and looked as listed in the ad. Over the duration of our stay we noticed things that affected our entire experience. The garbage disposal didn’t work causing the kitchen sink to clog. The dish washer was broken. We found a nail sticking out of the dining room chair after someone sat on it. The refrigerator and freezer had broken shelves. The hot tub was filthy. Only half of the jets worked. We found a marijuana container next to the jacuzzi and vape pen in the game room. We found beer bottles near the hot tub. The foosball table was broken and unusable. There were no stoppers for the bathtubs. The handle for the tub broke off when we turned it on. Remotes were missing batteries so we couldn’t watch the TVs. We made the best of our stay but we expected not to have to deal with the issues we encountered.

We had a great time at Cattlemans Trail. The house is private, has all amenities to cook and clean. The hot tub was very nice and we enjoyed it as some snow was falling.
We had a small issue with the heater - we were not sure how to make it work - but the host sent someone promptly to assist us and they even brought us extra space heaters, just in case.
The grocery store was only a few minutes away and it's open 24 hours. We hiked a trail about 25 minutes away by car and that was spectacular. In general, the location was perfect!

The whole experience was great. We got cancelled on the day we were suppose to check in and the host was very responsive and was able to get us in the same day. Great communication, amazing home and would love to stay there again!

When we first stumbled upon this house on Airbnb, it seemed almost too good to be true. We thought there was a catch! Everything was as perfect as it seemed online. Host provided us with all the information we needed . The house is really comfortable. The kitchen contains everything you need. The bed is comfortable and the bathroom are clean and light. The location was incredible. Host went way beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. Thanks for such a wonderful time! We will be back.

This home is stunning. We felt right at home and the hosts were very attentive to our requests. We had a large party of 14 with 2 year old twins. There was adequate bathrooms and showers. The kitchen truly exceeded our expectations and was stocked complete with bar ware, cutlery, large stock pots, baking sheets and even an insta pot.

The game room was delightful. We only wished a bathroom was downstairs and you could tell there were a few things damaged in the winter storm (the hot tub cover was broken and some trees were down) but none of this affected our time.

If you plan on staying in south lake, don’t miss this house! The neighborhood folks are very welcoming and morning walks soothe the soul. We even saw a coyote passing.

Our stay was very comfortable, everything was stocked and clean. The kids also had a great time with all the entertainment in the basement.

Clean, spacious, met our needs. Loved the snow access to the backyard. Plumbing upstairs was an issue, but were able to fix it in a short time. Extra heaters and fans in rooms were a plus.
We really enjoyed our stay and looking forward to another stay in the same house. Also, very accommodating.

The house is big overall. They did not maintain it as advertised. Front door walkway and balcony/jacuzzi was not accessible due to large amounts of snow/ice. The driveway was covered in ice making it very very hard to party but we had no choice since there’s limited parking and front door had a wall of snow blocking it. There were wet sheets in the washer and drier they told us to dry and put to the side but that was from a previous guest. Half the rooms don’t get heat the others turn into a sauna. Main floor bedroom door is glass and fully transparent so there’s no privacy. There was a mouse trying to escape out of a garbage pin in the garage. Upstairs toilet had trouble flushing and one of the upstairs bedroom doors wouldn’t close. Great location and big house, not well maintained

This home was great for our group of 8 adults and 6 kids. Plenty of space, lots of beds. It has two large common areas so the kids and adults could be separated. There is a large open space behind the home that the kids enjoyed. The hosts were very responsive to anything that came up.
One thing to know is that sound travels all around the house so people talking in the living room can be heard in the bedrooms.

Amazing stay! One of the best house I have ever stayed at in Tahoe.

My stay here was great! The place was clean, spacious enough for 13 people, and it was no more than 10 min from downtown. The kitchen was nice and fully stocked with dishes, glasses, cooking ware, etc. The downstairs was a cool place to hang out with the pool table, foosball, and the big flat screen. And the house had plenty of beds which was nice given the amount of people in our group. Would definitely recommend for anyone else with a large group.

The house was spacious for our group of 12. The backyard was very open to have a lot of room to play in the snow. The house is close to town. We would definitely stay here again.

Loved this house, fully equipped in the kitchen with your needs. Would love to stay again in the future, our children had lots of fun playing in the backyard with the snow and was able to relax in the jacuzzi while my husband played in the pool table. Definitely need to come back.

House was in good location

Beautiful home, very spacious. Nice relaxing pine tree views. For our big family was great, all together yet we all had our space. Kids enjoyed the playroom and hot tub downstairs! This house is fully stocked with all the kitchen needs, plates, cups, pots, pans, toaster, coffee makers, etc... We love it!

We loved this property! The layout of the house was great for a big group - large gathering spaces, big bedrooms, 3 showers and a big basement. We were close to downtown heavenly and had no issue getting Ubers to the neighborhood to take us downtown or to various hikes along the lake. Overall great visit!

Really clean, good amenities, hot tub works great. Not as much yard space as anticipated but the inside of the home is beautiful and well kept. TV's are huge and plentiful. 10 minutes to stateline and lake

beautiful place for a large family with enough space to enjoy, close to shops and the lake is very close 10 to 15 minutes maximum, highly recomendad to enjoy a beautiful family vacation.

This home has a lot going for it, but needs some significant maintenance to justify it's price. It's large and fairly private, easily accommodating a big group with many rooms and an open kitchen and living room with large windows with a view of a wooded area. There is no large dining room table, just a high top which probably won't fit your large group. Also a fairly small deck for such an otherwise large home. Not much of a back yard area, though there is a very good size hot tub that worked well and was a high point for our stay. While the home itself is in good shape, the appliances you need to stay there are not. The primary bedroom bathtub leaks. The dryer doesn't dry well. The toilets are hard to flush. The toasters don't toast. You don't get many towels so having a working washer dryer for a large group is key, it was a big annoyance. Fix up these details and this is a five star property, as is it's a three star.

The listing was spot on in terms of what was said to be within it and perfect for our group. It is not located too far from the Stateline but just far enough away to give the scenic nature views which Tahoe is known for. Would definitely stay here again!

The place was awesome! Good location near a lot of the great mountain biking trails in Tahoe, and plenty of space for our group of 12.

Overall a good place to stay! They only provide one towel per guest which was a little difficult for showering and using the hot tub. There was a pool ball missing and the fooseball table needs some repairs. Also, the grill was extremely dirty and started a grease fire promptly after starting so be sure to use caution! Otherwise it was great, plenty of room! (The 10pm rules are a bummer)

Great location, easy access to Tahoe’s best attractions, everything was simple and smooth and accommodates a large group with ease. Highly recommend if you’re spending a few days in the area with a big group!

Some of the things I think would've made the experience better
1) the TV remotes were not in the right place (1 was actually missing so they had bring it the next day) - so they were unusable for the first day
2) there is no AC, but not all windows have the bug screen
3) the foosball table is breaking down

Other than these, I had no complaint, and these are just minor complaints for the owners to think about for the future
All in all, great experience, lots of fun, definitely would stay again if chance comes!

Clean place ! Had so much fun with my family! They had everything you need for cooking anything.

Location is a few minutes away from state line. A great space where the kids can remain downstairs in a game room and have direct access to the hot tub. 3 floors so enough space for the 5 families. Lots of sleeping areas. They attended to all questions immediately and went out the way to accommodate all requests and issues. Would stay again especially if coming up with multiple families or a big group.

It was a pleasant stay and It met my expectations.

My family and I planned a large get-together and this house was perfect for our needs! There was so much space with many beds and a large living room, game room, and kitchen. The location was ideal for access to Stateline, the Lake, and many great restaurants. We had a problem with the wifi and hot tub during our stay, but the customer service team was fast and efficient at addressing our issues. Thank you Lux Villa VR!

Great place. East access to everything S Lake Tahoe. Clean and fun. Would recommend this place to everyone.

The hosts were receptive to safety maintenance concerns we had during our stay. Positives were the number of bedrooms and space to spread out with a large group. The pool table and foosball in the basement and the hot tub were a big plus to keep multi generations entertained. The proximity to all of the activities we had planned was also great. We even had some excitement with a bear visit our last night.

Really appreciate the constant communication. Any questions were clearly and quickly answered. There were notes/signs on instructions and labels around the house. Quiet neighborhood and a really peaceful stay.

Very big house, we had some trouble using the tv due to wifi issues. Also, house wasn’t very clean as expected, we could t find a broom or mop to use while we were there. One really annoying thing was that outside trash cans were very very full and we had a hard time fitting more garbage bags. We got there on a Monday so we assumed that there were previous guests during the weekend, but a heads up or note of were else to leave trash bags would’ve been nice. Other than that, very nice house in a quiet neighborhood. Close to nice areas to visit and also lakes.

This house fit our needs perfectly! The house has plenty of space and is close to the lake and downtown Tahoe. I would definitely stay here again. We enjoyed the hot tub and the spacious basement entertainment area. The house had everything we needed and more. I would highly recommend this property if it is available.
