It was fun to stay at the cabin we had fun and very cozy. Good place to stay and the outdoor you can sled in the snow you don't have to go somewhere and pay for sledding.

Our family travels for the holidays each year to provide memories for our kids as their Christmas present. This property was not only a perfect fit but it has so much space outside for the kids to sled as well. Very comfortable, cozy and peaceful. We also had a 2 day pass to Heavenly! Easy drive to the slopes. Thank you!

This rental was in a great area. We had snow around for kids to play with. This rental had plenty of rooms and space for big families. I honestly loved my time here and look forward to coming back soon

Great place to stay airbnb is in a quiet neighborhood and close to the city for activities. Everything is clean and things are labeled around the house. Washing and dryer very handy. LOVED OUR STAY!

Really great place would stay there again

What a beautiful home!!!! We enjoyed everything about this home. We spent a lot of time on the deck watching wildlife (bears, birds, coyotes, oh my!) and enjoying the peaceful surroundings. If you’re thinking about staying he are I highly recommend it! The kitchen is perfect!!! There was plenty of seasonings but no salt and pepper so we bought some and left them for the future guests.

Only issue, and it’s a very minor one, is the downstairs bedroom doesn’t have a closet or anywhere to hang up clothes downstairs. This wouldn’t have even been a problem but we were going to a wedding and different festivities and it would have been nice to hang up our clothes in our room. The upstairs rooms do have closets.

We had a great time at this airbnb! Our family of 7 was comfortable and had plenty of space.
Clean and lovely, the kitchen was very well equipped for our love of cooking and eating at home.
We come to Tahoe every year and this was one of our best stays. Close to many South Tahoe restaurants and attractions. We would stay again.

Host was extremely responsive and the Airbnb itself was very clean and fully supplied.

The house is in a quiet serene location, possibly among some residential areas.
Slightly away from the main eatery and coffee stores but not too bad. We were happy being slightly private in that sense.
Well stocked towels, bedding, plates and utensils.
Remodelled house is great aesthetically, bathrooms are clean, shampoo and conditioners well stocked. Lotion was missing, it just a nice to have

For the price paid, we expected basic stuff like cooking oil, salt, sugar to be present, however all we found was randomn seasonings and leftover packets of sweetner, no oil.

We have stayed in tahoe multiple times but for the price paid we felt the amenities were slightly missing, a well stocked kitchen.
Rooms are way pretty small and could be challenging with toddlers. Inconsistent lighting in the house with some warm and blue light bulbs.

The stone area near the fireplace can be safety issue if traveling with toddlers. We covered it up with pillows to make sure he didn’t trip on it.

Location is convenient to reach the resort, house is clean and nice. However only one garage works and the garage access passcode does not work. Need to get the door opened from inside.

8 minute drive to Tahoe with lots of proper beds makes for a very convenient stay for a group skip trip.

Beautiful cabin get away in South Lake Tahoe. The home is exactly as pictured. Very clean, modern features, located on a corner (felt private). Our only complaint was the two queen beds located in the bedrooms upstairs and downstairs felt broken. Other than the beds, the stay was cozy and beautiful

Lovely spot close to trails and skiing. Easy to have our baby and friends in the space. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was a dream.

Great location, super peaceful. Very good communication from host with specific and easy instructions to follow. We were able to check in a little early as well which was super convenient for the start of our trip. This was the second time half of our group stayed at this Airbnb, and we would go back again!

This is a great 3BR property in a quiet South Lake Tahoe neighborhood. Most importantly for us, it was just a couple of blocks from an extensive network of trails in the National Forest area near to the airport, south of the main city - which provided great running/hiking/mountain biking right from the front door.

The house itself was nice, with comfortable beds, modern bathrooms and a nice deck. We had a great time!

The house looks exactly like the photos. Very clean and spacious with updated kitchen and bathrooms. The host was very responsive and it was easy checkin even with our last minute booking due to plan changes. We enjoyed every hour our stay there. Highly recommended.

Very nice and clean. Update kitchen and bathroom. Beds were comfortable but not a fan of how low to the floor they were. Warning, stone slab that the wood burning stove/fireplace sits in is a toe-breaker. One person cut their toe and everyone was stubbed their toes. It sticks out and in the walkway of heading to the sofa and tv. We put chairs over toe corners so people would have to deliberately have to walk around. But overall enjoyed our stay. Was a bit hard getting out of the driveway with all the snow and ice, we had a large truck.

Lovely cabin. Mattresses are on the soft side, but we would stay there again. Kitchen was practical for cooking.

Stayed with some friends for a ski trip. Great home that is bigger and more open than the pictures look. Place was comfortable and plenty of room for 7 men with ski gear and the works. Kitchen is stocked with plenty cookware and service ware for all. Would recommend to anyone, and will be looking to come back.

We had a great stay! It was a nicely renovated house in a great neighborhood. We got snowed in when we were there and we’re not able to leave the house for a full day due to street/ road clearing issues. They had shovels in the garage so we were able to dig out the driveway but the snow plow didn’t get to our street for several hours. Luckily the house and kitchen had all the utensils we needed for cooking at the house!

First try at an AirBNB, heard so many horror stories. Strange I guess you only hear about those most of the time.
We thought it was awesome and the pics and description were accurate. It was in a beautiful neighborhood and quiet and peaceful. I love the updated kitchen and bathroom.

This cabin was the perfect family winter getaway! It was just what we were looking for to spend the holidays. The kitchen was perfectly equipped with what was needed to cook Christmas brunch & dinner. Plenty of space to relax and soak in the winter atmosphere. The kids loved playing in the snow outside with the provided sleds. And the host was very quick and responsive with what we needed. We will definitely rent this place again for our family trips!

Had a wonderful four day stay at this location! Host was quick to respond and check in was a breeze. Great location with plenty of snowy areas to explore nearby. Perfect location, it was private and not too far of a drive from town.

This was a great location for Lake Tahoe. It was nice to not be at the center of it all and was a great location in regards to distance from Emerald Bay as well as Reno. You can easily get an uber to the location as well. The mattresses on the bunk beds were very comfortable and everyone enjoyed the space within in the kitchen and living room. Highly recommend for a quick weekend getaway and the hosts were super responsive.

Would go back in a heartbeat! What a beautiful place. It’s a great location within 10-15 minutes of so many fun activities! The home was clean, spacious, beautiful, and surpassed all of our expectations. The host was very helpful and quick to respond with any questions we had. We had an issue with the wifi and it was fixed and answered in less than 5 minutes. I would recommend this spot for all of my friends to go and stay!

Clean house, comfy beds, great size and layout. We had issues when we arrived with the WiFi not working and the lights flickering significantly. Both issues were resolved the next day with good communication by the management company. I would stay at this house again.

Had a great girls weekend at the Lux Villa! The kitchen was fully stocked for a large group and we had lots of space to hang out. Beds were super comfy and plenty for our group of 7. Would definitely recommend for a large group ready for a great weekend in Lake Tahoe!

The place was very cozy and spacious definitely worth the price and not too long of a drive to town and heavenly.

Although a nice area and a nice place to stay at it does have a few problems that we noticed over a few days, mainly the garage can definitely fit 4 cars but the issue comes when you try to use the garage since only one door is usable and the other is covered by a big tree making it hard to get a car in and out of the garage. The second issue is the lighting tends to flicker/ dim randomly when they are on

Great space! Close to Heavenly Village. House had a lot of space which was great for kids and cooking. House was complete with all the amenities. Only concern was the flickering lights, but not a big deal. Thank you for letting us stay!

Awesome place for a group ski trip

Very clean and conveniently located stay! The common spaces were great for our group and it was great to be so close to Heavenly. We had a few questions during our stay and the host was very responsive.

Gorgeous cabin, great location, very clean and great communication with the owner. I appreciated how well equipped the kitchen was. Made it easy to have meals there. Definitely will be returning and highly recommend the stay here.

Lux Villa is a great place to stay for families. Our family of 5 was very cozy and comfortable. The kitchen is beautiful and well equipped. And the location is just a short drive to Heavenly ski resort. Checkin was super easy. I would highly recommend this place.

The house was impeccably clean and well-appointed. Our beds were quite comfortable and we really enjoyed the extra blankets provided so we could curl up on the couch after ski days. The property itself is larger than expected and the kids had so much fun playing outside in the snow for hours. We had a wonderful time and would recommend this house to anyone looking to stay in the South Lake Tahoe area.

I had rented another property for the same dates and I entered that property and I couldn't handle more than 5 minutes well the wife couldn't handle more than 5 minutes it was old dingy everything outdated and we just could not stay there so we had to find something within an hour stay at and we prefer to home then to rent a hotel on this busy weekend so we fell upon this property it wasn't cheap and we weren't expecting it to be but for the money that we paid it exceeded our expectations the location wasn't too far about 5 to 10 minute drive from any direction on the South Tahoe everything is upgraded the details from the plates the coffee mugs the refrigerator the flooring the heater the furniture the bedding is comfortable pillows are comfortable the bathrooms are updated even when you go up the stairs and you hear the Little squeaking noises that makes it feel like a cabin I would definitely stay here another time and I would recommend it to anybody FYI it's not that important in lake Tahoe this property does not have AC but if you open a few Windows like we did property cool down just as fast if not better.

Spent a week here Feb 2021 with my family and it was amazing. It was beautifully decorated, clean and the space was more than enough for the seven of us. A lot of thought was put into this villa, so I’m pretty sure whoever stays here will be as impressed as we were.
