Heavenly Gondola
Ride the gondola to the observation deck of Heavenly resort.
M.S Dixie II
Departing from Zephyr Cove, Nevada, this cruise onto Lake Tahoe’s waters offers a stunning 360 degree view of the lake and the surrounding mountains.
Skiing
South Lake Tahoe offers multiple ski resorts in town and close by. Lake Tahoe offers several more, however they are more than an hours drive from the south shore.
Heavenly
South Lake Tahoe’s closest resort that offers multiple access points, including a gondola right from town! Breathtaking views accompany this large resort from almost every angle.
Sierra At Tahoe
Located 30mins west of South Lake Tahoe on Highway 50, Sierra At Tahoe is a local favorite. This resort offers all types of terrain as well as a tubing hill.
Kirkwood
This resort has the most challenging terrain, and is located approximately 45mins southwest of South Lake Tahoe off of Highway 88. Kirkwood usually gets the most snow in the south lake tahoe area.
Tubing
South Lake Tahoe offers multiple tubing areas in town and close by.
Adventure Mountain
Nestled on over 40 pristine acres at the top of Echo Summit, Adventure Mountain Lake Tahoe is South Lake Tahoe’s premier machine groomed sledding, tubing, and snow play resort.
Hansen’s
Set on 2 acres of undeveloped pine forest, this rustic resort is a 10-minute walk from Heavenly Mountain Resort

Goodfella’s Pizza
Local favorite pizza and appetizers. Delivery available to most Lux Villa VR properties.
The Divided Sky
Located outside of town in Meyers, The Divided Sky offers premium sandwiches, homemade soups, and a full bar.
Freshies
Located in the middle of South Lake Tahoe, Freshies has the most delicious Hawaiian inspired menu. If you are here in the summer, they also offer a rooftop dining patio overlooking Lake Tahoe.
