The pool in this house is very cool. Some tips for a summer visit. When you first arrive head to the pool area and open all the doors to take out the humidity. Makes it way nicer to hangout there while we watched the kids swim. The house on the outside needs some work and the inside is just average. Every controller in the house seemed to be out of batteries but we didn’t use them much. The bunkbed room as shown in the listing is down stairs by itself next to the pool. So if you’re counting on young kids down there and you’re nervous about them being around the pool by themselves take that into consideration. Randomly this place has elevations changes throughout the house so watch your toes. All said and done house is great for families with kids to enjoy the pool. The location is nice and close to Safeway. Also the ice maker isn’t hooked up on the fridge so buy some ice if you’d like to enjoy a nice drink while the kids swim.

the only thing that could make it better is air conditioner. I do understand most houses in Lake Tahoe do not have air conditioning.

If I could give zero stars, I would.

Our family vacation turned into a traumatic emergency when my daughter slipped on dangerously slick, untreated tiles at this property and suffered a dislocated hip. She was rushed to the hospital in severe pain and has a long recovery ahead.

What made it even worse was the complete lack of compassion or accountability from the management or property owner. No one reached out to check on her. No one offered help. They promised liability insurance information, then stopped responding. We were left completely alone to deal with a serious medical emergency caused by their negligence.

This was not just bad hospitality — it was inhuman. The property is unsafe and the people responsible clearly care more about protecting their ratings than protecting their guests.

We will never return and I strongly urge other families to stay away. If you value safety, communication, and basic decency — look elsewhere.

This AirBNB is great. so many things to do at the house i.e. swim, horseshoes, board games, hot tub, etc and so close to many things to do in the area i.e. zephyr beach, south lake, casinos, and quite a few restaurants in the area. we couldn't have asked for. better place to stay.

Our eight person family loved staying here. The pool and hot tub were amazing, the location was great very close to everything we wanted to do. They provide lots of floor fans, but be prepared for the no air conditioning in the summer. Overall, the space is incredible and is very well stocked with anything you could need. Thanks for letting us stay!

We really enjoyed our stay! The home had some unique touches and amenities that made it special—especially the indoor pool, which was such a treat. The neighborhood was great, parking was easy, and overall the space had a lot of charm.

That said, at this price point, there’s a certain level of upkeep that’s expected. A few touch-ups inside (like some paint and a deep clean) would go a long way in making the space feel as high-end as it’s priced. The outdoor area also looked a bit neglected, which was surprising given how beautiful the rest of the property is.

Overall, it was a lovely stay in a great location—we just think a little extra attention to detail could make it even better!

Great stay for a friend group! We loved the amenities and enjoyed staying in and relaxing. Instructions to get into the house were very clear and all information we needed to know was laid out for us around the house.

Perfect location for skiing Heavenly Resort! It only took 5-10 minutes to get to the mountain and the Safeway grocery is two minutes from home, very convenient. Coming home to the hot tub and huge indoor pool was very comforting and soothed the sore muscles. Lots of room in the home and the kitchen was well stocked for cooking. We had a winter storm while there and the 14” of snow was cleaned up at 7:30am so we were able to get out and back to the mountain with no problem. We had a great stay and I highly recommend the place. Thanks for the home away from home!

it is an amazing place. in a very quiet place. walkable to groceries.. loved the jacuzzi and the pool. highly recommending it..

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The pool was huge and my niece loved swimming in it. The rooms were clean and well appointed with TVs in each room and comfortable beds! Great location with Safeway just down the road for all our grocery needs and close to Heavenly for skiing. Can’t say enough great things about this home and wish all of our stays were this good! Everything was Great! The size of rooms the pool, kids bunk bed rooms! Two on suite rooms! Location block from Safeway and food! Only 1 thing I would warn people about is the small step in hallway & leading into master bedroom. Lighting on the floor will help prevent falls. Other than that everything was just as described.

Was very responsive to my messages and was very caring and helpful for whatever questions I needed answered

What a great house. we stayed here for our girls trip this year with six girls. what a great time we had. The pool was amazing. The hot tub was fabulous. The house had a great setup for everyone to have their own bedroom. we all love to cook and hang out together. The kitchen was perfect for that, and the deck off the back to barbecue and sit out in the sun was amazing. The casinos are two and a half miles away, there was a safeway .7 miles away, but yet the house seemed so far away from reality. it was just what we all needed. the house was very clean, very well stocked with everything we needed. And overall just a perfect stay. ❤️❤️

Can’t rave about this house enough! The indoor pool, hottub and steam room were a hit! Location was perfect, only about a 5 minute drive to downtown. Our bride enjoyed the home for her bachelorette party!

Great location and plenty of space for a family or friend’s getaway. Depending on the time of year you go, there is no air conditioning and we had some warm days. The evening cools down but the rooms stayed warm. We were brought out more fans by management which helped a lot.

A fantastic spot for a medium or large group. Has everything you need and the pool/downstairs is awesome.

Comfortable home-very spacious in a good neighborhood. Home is about 10 minutes from Heavenly resort-an easy drive. Basement pool is super cool especially with kids—however, we didn’t actually use the pool or hot tub after skiing each day—just too wiped out! But it had several pool noodles and fun toys for kids! We had plenty of soft toilet paper and paper towels. Bring your own Kleenex. We couldn’t actually figure out the lock button on the door which we discussed with management. Who knows?! Management was very communicative and helpful with beeping smoke detector and alarm system beeping. Kitchen is also well-stocked. There is a keurig and regular brew coffee-bring your own coffee. We had to pay $40 to rent a pack-n-play which seemed silly to me since we paid almost seven thousand dollars for the week. We had our own sheets for it, too. Oh well! Overall, it’s a nice home and comfortable!

The house is incredible. The pool and surrounding lounge area is massive. We had 9 people and there was plenty of space. It is located 10 mins from town, 2-3mins from a public beach/marina, and 5-8 mins from Edgewood golf course. Check in and out was easy.

The indoor pool was so much fun and so clean! It’s really deep, and that was fun! Spacious common areas, responsive hosts. Overall it was a great experience!

Home is described as pictured. Great home for family, heated pool and spa was great for kids during our down time stay. Fully stocked stocked kitchen, clean, great communications, plenty of space. Centrally located between beach, casino, restaurants and Heavenly. Will book again!

We all really enjoyed our stay in Zephyr Cove. The home is spacious and lovely, and the kids thoroughly enjoyed the pool! The location is great! Felt far enough away from traffic and bustle, but close enough to the grocery store (Safeway is just down the road) in case we forgot anything. It’s also just a little over a mile to Nevada Beach where we spent some time kayaking and soaking in the sun. LuxVilla was also very responsive if we had any questions or concerns. Thank you again for sharing your home with us!

Had a great stay! Everyone was super impressed with the house and amenities! Plenty of space for a large group and a very flexible space. For example we played corn horn on the deck. Just tons of cool hangout spots around the house. Less than 10min from all the restaurants and casinos in South Lake Tahoe made hitting the town really easy.

Host was great too! Very easy to get ahold of and at the same time didn’t bother us and let us enjoy our stay.

Checkout procedures were very reasonable too. Nothing over the top.

The house was very conveniently located just several minutes from Heavenly. The inside felt a bit dated, but was in a good enough condition. The place heated up pretty quickly despite the size. And we loved the indoor pool, a very unique feature! definitely stay there again.

Great house to send a few days relaxing. Host was quick to response to us when there was neighborhood power outage. Everything in the home was in working order. Would be home that I would recommend to others.

The house lived up to everything we had hoped for. Location is great! Bedrooms/bathrooms were spacious and comfortable. We did a lot of cooking and the kitchen was up to date and had everything we needed. We didn’t have to use anything we brought with us. It snowed off and on the whole time we were there. The kids (and adults) enjoyed the heated indoor pool. The pool is huge! And it was great having the TV and lounge area right next to it, perfect for a football Sunday. We had a great stay and definitely look forward to staying here again some day.

This place is amazing. Huge and comfortable rooms, an awesome indoor pool area, and a very comfy living room. The place is so big, we didn't get to explore it all! The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful but not too far away from downtown. If you have a large party coming to Tahoe, I highly recommend this place.

Nice home for a family to stay while visiting Zephyr Cove. Located just minutes away from beach access. Home is fully stocked with all amenities you need for daily living. Also a equipped with a heated pool indoors. Plenty of space for everyone to enjoy.

Great spot! Upstairs is really cozy with nice living room and kitchen area, and downstairs has amazing indoor pool and hang area! We really enjoyed it, very nice location too. Only a mile from 2 different beaches and close to downtown. The night before we left we decided we wanted to do a late checkout and the host got back to me right away and was very accommodating in letting us check out a lil later. I would definitely stay here again next time I'm in Tahoe. This spot is perfect for a big group as there is lots of beds. Book it!

Omg, if you want an amazing place to stay look no further!!! The pool is over 9ft deep and the beds are so comfortable. It is 2 mins drive to the lake. What a great place to make memories!!

Wonderful stay! We celebrated my toddler turning 5 years old with our family of 10! We had a blast- the indoor pool is huge and so so much fun!! The adults loved the hot tub and steam room. It is only a few minutes drive from Safeway and restaurants. Great location! Really can’t beat this indoor pool. 🙂
