Our stay in south lake was fabulous. The layout of the home was absolutely perfect for our large family. They had pac n plays and hair hairs at the home and were very responsive when we asked questions about what the house had leading up to our stay.

The home was very clean and the beds were comfortable. For couples or large families this home really has the perfect layout. The game room downstairs was great for our kids to watch movies and play games together. The deck in the front was lovely and had wonderful views.

The kitchen was equipped with everything you would need. We were able to cook dinner almost every night of our stay. The oven had a instruction book that you needed to read to learn how to operate but once we knew how to use it, it worked great.

The hot tub out back was working well and warm upon arrival. The downside of the hot tub and backyard was there was really no privacy but we still were able to enjoy it.

Great house for a big group who also want some privacy! When needed, the owner responds quickly to requests which were great as we had a few needs. Something out of the owner's control is that when it is snowing the streets aren't plowed until 1 pm leaving you & cars stuck at the home. Overall, great instructions and communication! The location was close enough to dining, marina, parks, casinos and shopping. The house was spacious with a nicely updated master bath and was perfect for our group of 10! Spacious and cozy with great balconies for breakfast! The game room had plenty of games where we spent a lot of our time during our stay. The third floor had so much open space for socializing and cooking. All of the rooms and bathrooms were clean (I barely saw dust). Sheets and linens smelled like they were newly washed, and there were plenty of towels to supply our 3 day trip. We never used the front door, though, because we always went through the garage after the days’ activities.
Overall, great place to stay! Don’t make a lot of noise after 10pm though, just out of respect to the neighbors who actually live there. Will definitely stay here again when my guests and I visit South Lake Tahoe

Super disappointed for spending $1400 a night for a mansion. Not one screen door to any of the balconies opened. Ridiculous! We injured our elbow trying to open a screen door. There were cob webs everywhere and the soap in all the showers ran down the wall making a nasty gooey mess while trying to clean ourselves! The hot tub was cold and took well over 24hrs into our stay to even be able to get in it! The furniture has a lot of scratches on it and could easily be touched up if you cared. The place needs major maintenance and is in no way a "mansion". The fireplace in the master suite didnt work. The fridge didnt make ice. I feel like we were scammed and we are moving forward with reports to town and BBB. The fridge in the bonus room didnt make ice either. The whole place was filthy when we arrived and we had to spend a couple hours cleaning all the dead bugs and cobwebs inside before we could even begin to feel comfortable. We have tons of photos. For what we paid, it was a scam. We are escalating this up now.

My girlfriends and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home! It was a beautiful property that felt very private and we would love to stay again. One thing to note is to make sure to bring extra towels if you intend on going to the beach as the home was not equipped with very many of those. There also weren’t any blankets in the home either (other than a couple of down comforters)

This is a large, beautiful and comfortable home. Great recreation room with pool table and other games. Bedrooms and bathrooms are very nice, and kitchen was very modern and well equipped. Very comfortable living area, with really nice couches. There are a lot of steep chairs to get to the living spaces, which a little hard to haul the luggage and supplies, but once you are in, that is not an issue. Close to lake and shopping areas of South Tahoe and the casinos. A really special place which justifies the cost. Would like to come back some time.
