But first, coffee - enjoy easy mornings on either of your gorgeous, wraparound decks, taking in the mountain air and stunning view - weather-permitting, of course - then slip into the hot tub for a pre-breakfast soak. Inside, you’ll find abundant natural light and the same lovely view thanks to floor-to-ceiling windows. Our cancellation policies are strictly enforced regardless of the reason for cancellation. If you need to reschedule your date, you must be in compliance with cancellation policy first. If there is a blizzard, road closure, fire, smoke, rock slide, avalanche and/or any other natural disasters, our cancellation policy will still be enforced as we cannot expect our property owners to be held accountable for refunds for natural disasters which are expected to occur in the High Sierra Nevada Mountain Range on a constant, regular basis.
WE STRONGLY ENCOURAGE ALL TRAVELERS TO PURCHASE TRAVEL INSURANCE TO ENSURE PROTECTION IN THE EVENT YOU FEEL THE NEED TO CANCEL FOR ANY REASON.
Cleaning fees also include: Maintenance, supplies, restocking costs. This pays for guest consumables (Such as laundry detergent, soaps, shampoos, starter set of paper towels, tp, etc. For longer stays, we ask guests to purchase). Replacement of items such as broken coffee makers, portable heaters, fans, linens, towels and more. Regular trash removal from bear bins to town dump. We ask guests to assist with optional checkout procedures that are very time consuming such as start dishwasher, wash a load or two of towels. While these procedures are optional for guests, they are highly appreciated to help save our cleaners time, particularly for our back to back turnovers which are very difficult in the Vacation Home Rental industry. – Thank You Lux Villa VR

Amazing place
We had a delightful stay at this luxurious Airbnb house. The elegant decor, spacious rooms, and stunning views exceeded my expectations. However, I encountered an inconvenience with the non-functional TV and Microwave oven. Which kind of set the mood off and ruined the overall experience. Still I would say the experience was excellent , and the attentive host promptly addressed the issues it’s just that I wish that they would have done something about it rather than bothering me by asking for proof video that TV was not working. I would still highly recommend this property for a luxurious retreat. Just make sure that before you go there ask them to double check the equipment so that you don’t face the similar issues we faced.

Hi Anjani. We're sorry you had problems with the TV. Our technicians did check the TV after your checkout. It was working fine, however it needed to be toggled to the correct HDMI which is a very common issue with TVs.
Great villa, very spacious. Close to heavenly. Clean and recently remodeled. Ideal for three couples getaway.
Great house . Be mindful of neighbors. Not fans of renters.
Fantastic location for South Lake Tahoe and a wonderful home with plenty of space and nice views. It was comfortable and as advertised. Would definitely stay here again.

Very peaceful and beautiful location. Roads were deff icy and needed to be careful in the neighborhood. Very nice house.
My family and I had a wonderful time at this Lux Villa. It had everything we needed and more. The host was extremely responsive and easy to communicate with. We will definitely book this Villa again for future family trips.
