The house is incredible. The pool and surrounding lounge area is massive. We had 9 people and there was plenty of space. It is located 10 mins from town, 2-3mins from a public beach/marina, and 5-8 mins from Edgewood golf course. Check in and out was easy.

We all really enjoyed our stay in Zephyr Cove. The home is spacious and lovely, and the kids thoroughly enjoyed the pool! The location is great! Felt far enough away from traffic and bustle, but close enough to the grocery store (Safeway is just down the road) in case we forgot anything. It’s also just a little over a mile to Nevada Beach where we spent some time kayaking and soaking in the sun. LuxVilla was also very responsive if we had any questions or concerns. Overall it was a great place to stay. I wasn’t too please with a $50 early check in fee and there were dishes placed in the cupboard that were obviously not clean and had to be cleaned before use. Also the BBQ had broken burner from what appeared to be rust and only had 3 of 6 burners that worked.

Outside of those two issues, everything else was very nice, comfortable beds and in a great location and best of all a very responsive host. I would stay there again.

When we arrived the carbon monoxide was chirping. When we called they said if we couldn’t fix it ourselves they would when we checked out which clearly wouldn’t have worked as it would have kept everyone awake. We located it and replaced the batteries and it was still chirping so we left it on the counter. The dishwasher is not mounted so every time you open it the unit falls forward. Many of the cabinet doors are loose and about to fall off. Our feet were black on the bottom from walking barefoot around the house which was really gross. Bathrooms floors were not cleaned well and there was hair and black gunk in the corners. The toaster takes about 10 minutes to toast a piece of bread. The oven makes a weird noise when turning on so we were nervous each time we used it. The floor is very very unlevel and has little 2 inch steps which we tripped over so many times I can’t even count. The pool was fantastic and the highlight of the house. Overall not a good experience for the price.

Had a great stay! Everyone was super impressed with the house and amenities! Plenty of space for a large group and a very flexible space. For example we played corn horn on the deck. Just tons of cool hangout spots around the house. Less than 10min from all the restaurants and casinos in South Lake Tahoe made hitting the town really easy.

Host was great too! Very easy to get ahold of and at the same time didn’t bother us and let us enjoy our stay.

Checkout procedures were very reasonable too. Nothing over the top.

The house was very conveniently located just several minutes from Heavenly. The inside felt a bit dated, but was in a good enough condition. The place heated up pretty quickly despite the size. And we loved the indoor pool, a very unique feature! definitely stay there again.

The house lived up to everything we had hoped for. Location is great! Bedrooms/bathrooms were spacious and comfortable. We did a lot of cooking and the kitchen was up to date and had everything we needed. We didn’t have to use anything we brought with us. It snowed off and on the whole time we were there. The kids (and adults) enjoyed the heated indoor pool. The pool is huge! And it was great having the TV and lounge area right next to it, perfect for a football Sunday. We had a great stay and definitely look forward to staying here again some day.

This place is amazing. Huge and comfortable rooms, an awesome indoor pool area, and a very comfy living room. The place is so big, we didn't get to explore it all! The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful but not too far away from downtown. If you have a large party coming to Tahoe, I highly recommend this place.

Unfortunately, the house has no AC so we had the windows open and got a noise complaint. We felt uncomfortable the rest of our stay about making any noise. The neighbors do not want an Airbnb in their neighborhood and will find any excuse to report. The neighbor came over and stated we weren’t allowed to make noise outside during the day as we were grilling food without any music on.

Great spot! Upstairs is really cozy with nice living room and kitchen area, and downstairs has amazing indoor pool and hang area! We really enjoyed it, very nice location too. Only a mile from 2 different beaches and close to downtown. The night before we left we decided we wanted to do a late checkout and the host got back to me right away and was very accommodating in letting us check out a lil later. I would definitely stay here again next time I'm in Tahoe. This spot is perfect for a big group as there is lots of beds. Book it!

Wonderful stay! We celebrated my toddler turning 5 years old with our family of 10! We had a blast- the indoor pool is huge and so so much fun!! The adults loved the hot tub and steam room.
