Everything was good, except the tv in the main seating area was not working which was a bit of a bummer.

The house was clean and spacious. The location has beautiful views and the roads were plowed following the storm.

Great place for large families. 15 mins away from casinos. Host was responsive. Left an item and they quickly shipped it back. Would definitely stay there again.

The home was spacious and clean! My family had a great time there and host was responsive when needed.

Overall it was a good place! The house was very spacious, big enough to accomodate our party of 20. We loved how spacious the kitchen and the rooms were. The outdoor hot tub was a plus. We loved the pool table.
The only downside was the Jaccuzzi in the master bedroom, it didn't work so we only used it once. The carpet needs to be replaced and maybe write clear instruccions for the TVs. Also, there was no cable for the TV at the master bedroom.

We had a large group and the house was perfect for our group with lots of space!

Stay was great for our large group. Lots of space and enough seating for large dinners and lounging. The pool table and jacuzzi were definitely a plus! The place has lots of stairs, no way to enter the home without a few steps. Overall, lively place and would highly recommend for large groups/multiple families!

The house is huge, with rooms on three 3 levels. It is a good property for large groups, and we had a great time spending time. The host accommodated late checkout to 3pm, THANK YOU!

My primary reason for giving a 4-star:
1. There are no door locks in room door, to be able to close from inside! Even the bathroom door on kitchen level, did not have door lock.
2. Stains on carpet as soon as you get in.
3. The water filter in the refrigerator dispenser was not working/expired. We had to rely on bottled water.
4. Couple of door window shutters were broken.

Overall I would come again to the property, would like to see the locks on the doors

The Bad:
The listing stated 8 bedrooms, but there were only 7. The other "bedroom" is actually a bonus room with pull out sofas behind shutter doors. There were Broken doors and Locks that don't work to the bedrooms. Lack of towels and Hair on the "fresh" towels we found. The carpet was stained, and there no soap in some of the showers. The TV in the bedrooms are difficult to access cable TV and was stuck on 1 channel. Kitchen was meagerly stocked

Good:
Hottub was nice and location was close to Stateline and restaurants. BBQ was easy to use. Beds were comfortable

Casa grande y espaciosa, bien ubicada y fácil de encontrar. Lástima que nuestra estancia no fue tan placentera. La lavadora no funcionaba, y a pesar que lo reportamos desde el primer día, nunca fueron a arreglarla. Había manchas en la alfombra y humedades por fugas en los pisos de algunos cuartos, que también reportamos pero nunca repararon. Algunos muebles y sillones ya están muy viejos. Algunas puertas de cocina y baños estaban dañadas. La calefacción funciona pero es irregular en los distintos cuartos. El servicio de internet es intermitente. Tiene mucho potencial la casa pero falta atención y mantenimiento por parte de los administradores.

The house is very spacious. Large enough so people can spread out and not be on top of each other. The extra refrigerator, sauna and hot tub are nice additions.

Family had a great time at this location. Cleaner and more spacious than we have experienced at other AirBnB locations. Would recommend.

The house was very spacious, perfect for a big group. We had 10 adults and had plenty of room, and could have fit more if needed. Located on a nice, quiet street, yet only minutes away from restaurants, stores, and nightlife.

Overall a great location and stay. We had 16 adults, 1 baby, 2 kids, and 1 dog. The communication was great and they were great at responding to any questions I had. There are a few things in terms of maintenance and updates that definitely need to be done and looked at, but we still enjoyed our time at this place and did everything we needed to do.

Had a beautiful stay at this house with a group of 15 ladies. There are a lot of stairs, so be ready for that! But the communication with the managers was excellent and so quick, and the instructions to get in and out were very clear. And the place looked exactly as shown in the photos. We had a great time!

This place has great potential to be amazing, but unfortunately it didn’t live up to our expectations. There are some maintenance and safety issues that need to be addressed and a good deep cleaning is needed.
On a positive note, our family made the best of our stay and the kids loved the multiple levels and rooms to explore. The space of the kitchen and dining room was very accommodating and the extra fridge in the closet and the wine cooler in the island was a plus.

Great property at the end of a street/cul-de-sac that offered some flexibility in parking (my group felt). The pictures of the house do not do it justice, because it is HUGE. Kitchen is great, 2 dishwashers make it easy to keep on top of dishes while leaving more time for enjoying South Lake Tahoe. Would rent this property again if I had a large group without hesitation.

This place is huge: perfect for your large group trip. It felt spacious with sixteen people in it. It has a fun layout, too, with a mezzanine overlooking the main living room.

Be aware that if your party has folks for whom stairs are difficult, this may not be the place for you. There are two flights just to get from the driveway to the main floor.

My family and I had an amazing stay. The place is awesome & lots of amazing memories were made.

Just a heads up, this place isn’t handicap friendly as there were many flights of stairs. Also, the drive way was a little hard to get up for two of our smaller cars as the driveway isn’t really paved and was almost like going up a small dirt/rock hill to the garage.

Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay. Thanks!

Very large home in a very nice and quiet location. Close to South Lake Tahoe ski mountains but not too far from others on the North/Northwest side of Lake Tahoe. Highly recommended for large groups.

This house is perfect for a big family vacation. The big family room fit everyone comfortably and so did the kitchen we loved the secluded location and still being so close to everything. I’d recommend this house to anyone looking for a family friendly location!

Great house that accommodated our group well. We enjoyed the large common space and kitchen. We were able to fit four cars in the driveway and had no issues checking-in or during our stay.

This home was absolutely beautiful, comfortable, and cozy. The descriptions on the listing was very accurate and perfect for a bigger group. Everything was provided in the home. The location was perfect. Everyone in our group was able to sleep comfortably and really enjoyed our stay together in this house. Check in was very smooth. I’d highly recommend this house.

Our group of 20 really enjoyed our time here. The location is great! Plus it was 15 minutes away from emerald bay state park, which was our favorite place to visit. The house itself is very spacious and beautiful inside. We had more than enough room to hang out and make ourselves at home for a few days! The Check in and check out process were very simple. The house had a high chair + pack and play which was helpful with our infant. There weren’t many shared condiments in the kitchen but the house was close to the local grocery stores. They also had an extra refrigerator in the pantry which was helpful to store our waters and overflow food. The house was overall clean and the neighborhood was very quiet! I definitely recommend this house for a large group!

Location is great. Very large house. Did not feel crowded even with 12 guests. Lots of decks and balconies to enjoy in the summer.

Will be hard to fit more than 4 cars between the garage and driveway.

Very nice house! The beddings and linen are hotel grade and very clean!
