The place was nice very comfy beds and we had plenty of towels which was very nice. We did not like all the rules that we had to follow. The noise rule was very strict and we felt like we had to be quiet all the time or the police was going to be called on us. No use of the hot tub after 10 pm was very frustrating for us as we are all night owls. Also was very frustrated when I emailed about getting help with the hot tub and it took them over 2 days to respond by then we were checking out and it was useless. Overall good stay just check the rules before you book.

My family and I have been traveling to Tahoe for the past couple of years, this being our 6th year and we absolutely loved staying at this location! Neighborhood was very peaceful and quiet and about a 10 minute drive from Heavenly Village. This house was spacious for our family of 8 (including children) & had in handy laundry detergent, grill plus gas tank, the jacuzzi was a plus, and spacious backyard. Overall, great host!

Overall nice stay. Kitchen was nice to prepare food. Hot tub is nice but small. I do think the price we paid was very steep. Place was smaller than expected as the photos made the space look bigger. No railing on the stairs. Didn't realize the house did not have AC, which was mostly okay but it did feel a little warm at night. Not enough comfortable seating in the living room to gather as a group and watch a movie. Upstairs bathroom and bedding could use some updates.

I washere for the blizzard in end of February in Tahoe. Tooch St is one of the last to get plowed, so make sure you rent AWD vehicles. We got 60”+ of snow while we were there. It looks just like the pictures, and everything was as stated. Close to California lodge, super easy drive even on crazy weekend traffic. Cozy place, good location for shredding, and easy to access w AWD even in a blizzard. I would stay again!

I also had a lot of questions and Lux got back to me right away every time. Very smooth check in and easy check out.

Overall the stay was okey. Check in was easy and the house was clean enough. We did arrive and noticed a wet spot on the rug which smelled like fish. Luckily it dried up quickly. Then we tried to use the bathtub and it didn’t work. Unfortunately that was a huge bummer (3 kids and no bath for 3 days). I did text the on call number but nothing was really done. Location is great though and the hot tub was nice! For the price I felt like things where just not up to the standard they should be.

We booked the house on the same day. it was wonderful. The owner answered immediately. We found everything we needed in the house. Therefore, our stay was very comfortable. We arrived at the house during a snow storm, so there was no light in the house for a while. But thanks to the gas fireplace in the living room, we could stay warm. We were also able to cook food at the barbecue, since all the electricians did not work in the house. We were with two Toddlers, so the stairs to the second floor seemed dangerous to us. But the children were careful, so there were no accidents. we would be calmer if there were a railing on the right side. All in all, everything else was fine.

The location was great. The bathrooms are updated and there were cute touches, but the beds are awful. There is a sign up asking not to wear shoes in the house but the carpet was gross. This is a beautiful home in a quiet, serene area just a short drive from a number of awe-inspiring sights and phenomenal hikes. (And, surprisingly, some pretty outstanding restaurants, too!)

We had a blast! If you’re a dog owner, the back yard is an amazing time for your canine companion, as there’s a fully fenced in yard with plenty of space for zooming around!

The downstairs bathroom has a shower and a big tub with a jacuzzi feature that was really nice for sore muscles after a long hike. And on that topic: if you want to hang out with friends and wind down after a long day, the hot tub outside is spacious and a LOT of fun!

The owners were very professional, and communicated well. The house was immaculate upon arrival, and very comfortable.

I would happily stay here again, and found the price to be an exceptional value! Thanks for a great stay!

Overall a very nice place to stay. Stairs leading to 2nd floor are open with only one side offering a hand rail, might be a good idea to point that out as it could be a hazard for small children or seniors. Furniture is very trendy and cute however poorly made and not very comfortable. I'm average size and was worried to sit on a few of the chairs as they were not very sturdy. Home was very clean and very well maintained. Neighborhood is nice and felt very safe; close to the lake & shopping.
