Nice place, located conveniently. Lux Villa were good with communication provided clear instructions in a timely manner. Place is well furnished. Nice, big kitchen with lots of appliances. Would recommend.

Home was in a perfect location. Quiet neighborhood. we had a fun weekend with our family. Place was clean and well stocked. Rooms are big and plenty of space for our family. We were able to park our cars in the garage. Kitchen was clean and had plenty of space to sit. My family enjoyed the weekend. We will definitely be back.

I'm my experience everything was really nice and just the way it was advertised!! We had a very good time and a very nice experience.

Our stay in south lake was fabulous. The layout of the home was absolutely perfect for our large family. They had pac n plays and hair hairs at the home and were very responsive when we asked questions about what the house had leading up to our stay.

The home was very clean and the beds were comfortable. For couples or large families this home really has the perfect layout. The game room downstairs was great for our kids to watch movies and play games together. The deck in the front was lovely and had wonderful views.

The kitchen was equipped with everything you would need. We were able to cook dinner almost every night of our stay. The oven had a instruction book that you needed to read to learn how to operate but once we knew how to use it, it worked great.

The hot tub out back was working well and warm upon arrival. The downside of the hot tub and backyard was there was really no privacy but we still were able to enjoy it.

Great house for a big group who also want some privacy! When needed, the owner responds quickly to requests which were great as we had a few needs. Something out of the owner's control is that when it is snowing the streets aren't plowed until 1 pm leaving you & cars stuck at the home. Overall, great instructions and communication! Would stay again with the exception of the snow.

Nice home and was as described. Got very fast response from the team whenever I messaged. Unfortunately, the cooking range’s oven/broiler did not work for my family and I. The host was quick to respond and tried to rectify the problem. Hopefully this gets fix so future renters do not experience the problem.

If you are hosting a large amount of people, this is the place to be! It is beautifully set up and well suited for guests. The check in and check out process was very easy and quick, and the house is located in a great and quiet neighborhood close to town.

Fun retreat in Lake Tahoe, located in the beautiful hillside forest. Lots of room for a family reunion, and lots of nice amenities. Short walk to Trout Creek for fishing!

This place was amazing. It was close to stores, and beaches. It had great amenities and was very spacious and clean

The location was close enough to dining, marina, parks, casinos and shopping. The house was spacious with a nicely updated master bath and was perfect for our group of 10! The two refrigerators came in handy and the 4 full baths ensured that we never had a problem getting ready. I truly enjoyed our stay!

Spacious and cozy with great balconies for breakfast! The game room had plenty of games where we spent a lot of our time during our stay. The third floor had so much open space for socializing and cooking. All of the rooms and bathrooms were clean (I barely saw dust). Sheets and linens smelled like they were newly washed, and there were plenty of towels to supply our 3 day trip. We never used the front door, though, because we always went through the garage after the days’ activities.
Overall, great place to stay! Don’t make a lot of noise after 10pm though, just out of respect to the neighbors who actually live there. Will definitely stay here again when my guests and I visit South Lake Tahoe

Beautiful place, and convenient location. Very close to town. The kids enjoyed playing the pool and arcade. Adults love the jacuzzi. It’s a perfect place for the whole family.

This is a great spot for a large group. Spacious floor plan and open area in the kitchen/family room and then the downstairs game room. Location is convenient with a quick 5 mile drive to Heavenly and the bustle of South Lake Tahoe. Hosts were responsive and courteous. Would definitely recommend!

We had a great time in Tahoe while staying at this spot. We did run into a couple of issues that were outside anyone's control, and the rental team were very responsive and helpful to help us resolve them all. Thank you!

Great location for skiing and night life. The house is so spacious that our large group felt like we were at a resort. I have not one complaint. This was an awesome place to stay

Lovely, comfortable, and convenient! The house is definitely suitable for a group of 14, doesn’t feel crowded at all. Very spacious kitchen and living area and a very good sized game room. The host let me know before our arrival that one of the kitchen appliances would not be usable, but they compensated for that. Very friendly and responds promptly.

Gorgeous, huge house, in a great location in Tahoe. Close to Heavenly, only 15 minute drive.
House was clean when arrived and had all the amenities we needed.

The mansion was a great fit for our adult party of 12. The kitchen and family area were perfect for hosting. The hot tub was warm when we got there. Everything was clean and neat. The mansion is 5-8 minutes from downtown South Lake Tahoe. We had some questions during our stay and they were answered with a quick text message. We really enjoyed our stay.

My girlfriends and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home! It was a beautiful property that felt very private and we would love to stay again. One thing to note is to make sure to bring extra towels if you intend on going to the beach as the home was not equipped with very many of those. There also weren’t any blankets in the home either (other than a couple of down comforters)

Lovely home in south lake tahoe. Dishwasher didn’t work but they noticed us prior to check in. Large living room and kitchen, rooms are mostly downstairs. Overall nice home!

We stayed at this property during the July 4th weekend . The house is well maintained and clean. All amenities were provided . The family room is spacious and could easily accommodate our group of 14. Kids ended up playing in the den area on the main floor . Definitely recommend this property for spending time in South Lake Tahoe .

Beautiful, spacious, welcoming and cozy house. Perfect for a family gathering!!! Great views, and the hot tub was icing on the cake. Thank you for a lovely stay! So much fun gathering on the couch and playing in the rec room with the old arcade game, foosball and pool table.

This is a large, beautiful and comfortable home. Great recreation room with pool table and other games. Bedrooms and bathrooms are very nice, and kitchen was very modern and well equipped. Very comfortable living area, with really nice couches. There are a lot of steep chairs to get to the living spaces, which a little hard to haul the luggage and supplies, but once you are in, that is not an issue. Close to lake and shopping areas of South Tahoe and the casinos. A really special place which justifies the cost. Would like to come back some time.

Place was great. We did not get to access the jacuzzi or the outdoor firepit, which was a bummer but overall it's a great place to bring a lot of people together.
