This was our second stay at this property because we enjoyed it so much the first time; very peaceful and well kept. We felt at Home:)

We had a great stay at this house! It was perfect for our group (4 adults and 2 kids) with the bunk beds room and one bedroom on the same level. House was clean and updated. The fenced in yard is a plus for those with young kids.

Great place in South Tahoe! Really close to everything and just minutes away from the resorts. The property was exceptionally clean and a perfect fit for our trip!

Great place for a big family to stay comfortably. Warm, bright, open space with lots of room for activities and even a few nooks to get some work done.

This place is amazing, better than the photos, so comfortable, full equipped, perfect to take walks on the neighborhood, 5 minutes close to so good restaurants and heavenly sky California Lodge by car. I would stay again in this place.

Beautiful and comfortable space! Family was very happy with our stay! We love the modern look! Also kids had a great time playing with toys on the lower level! Will definitely book again!

We have a wonderful time

House was beautiful and clean. It was family friendly for my 6, 3 year old and infant. Only safety concern for small children is the steep stairs in the front of the house and inside. Pack n play was available (bring your own crib sheet) along with children’s books. Less than 10 minute drive to the lake/beach. Bonus was the EV charger in the garage.

It was a great place. It was hard to park 3 medium to larger sized vehicles in the garage and in the driveway but other than that, it was a great stay!

The property we stayed at was great. Everything was clean, well equipped and the manager responded to one need we had in 40 minutes. The location qas awesome and peaceful. The interior space was lovely and relatively baby proof. The only missing item was jacuzzi that we thought it had on the listing but it didn't at the property. No big deal for us given the chilly weather. The gas grill was okay but it didn't have a big flame to cook our bbq meat. That's the only thing I wish was different at the property. I highly recommend the property

Beautiful home in a beautiful location. Very clear instructions provided as well as posted within the home. Spacious, large, inviting. Had listed amenities and more. Only thing we wished for was to have more available towels. We didn't contact owners as we had just enough. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay!

The beds were a bit uncomfortable for us, but possibly only due to preference.

We really enjoyed our time at Lux Villa and South Lake Tahoe. The home is situated in a quiet neighborhood and is just a short drive to activities. My sister and family were a short 3 minute walk but we could not get together with them due to the extreme rules about number of people in houses and cars parked. We did utilize nearby parks to get together however!

Beautiful house in a great location. Perfect for 2 families. Good size bedrooms. Great living/kitchen space. Clean and tidy on arrival. Added bonus of kids toys and Dogman books (my daughters favourite).

We had a wonderful stay and I would highly recommend to others! Our kids had a sports conflict with the day of checkin, and they let us change it a day later. That was greatly appreciated! Everything was clean; the neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. We will definitely be back for the winter!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place was very clean, and modern. The neighborhood is beautiful and peaceful and it’s just a short drive to downtown. It's a great place to relax and unwind after a long day of hiking/exploring. The host was also very responsive and helpful. Always available to answer my questions and make sure I had everything I needed.
I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Lake Tahoe.

My family enjoyed our stay. However, we found the beds to be uncomfortable. The whole house was clean and smell nice. I would stay there again if the mattresses were more comfortable.

Our stay here was great! The hosts were communicative when we couldn't figure out how to use the heating system. Everything was incredibly clean. Amenities made it feel cozy and friendly, such as toys and games for our kids to play with. There was a lot of space for the whole family to be able to spread out and also be together. Would absolutely stay here again.

My family loved staying here. The house was exactly like the pictures but even more spacious than expected. We had children with us and they had books and games to entertain them. The house is located in a nice and quiet neighborhood and just a short drive away from stores and heavenly. I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for where to stay in Tahoe.

What a fantastic find. We’ve stayed in a lot of airbnbs and this was one of the better ones we’ve stayed at, particularly for a family. Our daughter loved rummaging through the huge stash of books and the pack n play was super handy! The place was spotless, the snow removal was super on point even on a huge storm weekend and you’re only 10 min to the lake or mountains. We sledded in the neighborhood with some neighbors, cooked tons in the well stocked kitchen and we were sad to leave!

Lovely house! Very spacious, highly responsive and accommodating management, immaculate and v short drive to heavenly/shops and restaurants.

My family of 6 stayed at this lovely home during a last-minute trip to play in the snow. The house was perfect. It had all the amenities that we needed and even some that we didn't know we needed. The highlight for us was that this house sits across the street from National Forest land and we spent a day and a half sledding with the convenient option to go back inside to warm up periodically. We will definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay and not far from the lake. Easy check in and check out made the process seamless.

The house is in a nice neighborhood. The area is quiet and not too far from the active places, beach etc. It’s a short drive and you can get to every where you want to go from the house. The downside of the house is that the carpet was pretty filthy. It was stained throughout and since I’m a neat freak that really bothered me throughout our stay. The linens were totally inadequate they had about four towels for a booking for eight people. There were no beach towels whatsoever. The backyard is completely unfinished and unusable which to their credit is obvious from the photographs.

Had a great time here with friends. Really nice quality, large couches. Shades are automatic which is a nice touch. Very quiet neighborhood and the house is SO quiet,m from the outside, even with music going inside. Bbq and coffee pot are a little small for 8 people but still 5 stars.

We had a great time at the house as a family of six. Great location, close to many attractions, stores, beaches, restaurants, yet quiet and safe. A lot of seating and lounging choices, as well as a good working HVAC. We loved this house and the area.

This was such a peaceful house and made our trip to Tahoe much more relaxing than we could have expected. There was plenty of room for the 8 of us there was even a small creek right across the way that we explored. It was also a very quiet neighborhood and it was nice to wake up to the sound of birds every morning. I would definitely come back here in the future.

This house is located in a safe and quiet neighborhood. The house location is close by to the center of the town. The house is immaculate. I can’t even spot a dust or discoloration on the toilet. Everything you will possible need during your stay is well provided in the house. I highly recommend this property. But if you have elderly family members who has difficulty walking, this property might not be ideal for them. The house layout has lots of stairs. It would be challenging for handicapped individuals.

This was a great place to stay at. The beds were very comfy and in a great location. Check in was supper easy and the communication with the owners was amazing.

Great place to stay. I was really clean and spacious. It was 10 mins from the casinos and food areas. We didn’t go out as much because we enjoyed being inside the air B and B.

We loved staying at this house. It was perfect for 2 families with a total of 3 kids. It has 2 levels, the main big bedroom is upstairs with the kitchen, family room, dining room and main living room. Downstairs is the kids room with 2 bunk beds, there is another little family room and another bedroom. All the bedrooms have bathrooms plus an extra bathroom! There is even a backyard and the kids were able to play with the snow! It is super close to the village and ski resort! Fully recommended!!
