This was the perfect spot for my bachelorette party of 9 guests! Only 2 ladies had to share the king bed in the Master's bedroom, but everyone else had their own bed! Check in was easy. Host was responsive within minutes. Inside was clean. Kitchen had enough cookware to make most meals at home. It was centrally located between downtown South Lake Tahoe and Sierra at Tahoe Resort. Such a cozy stay for our weekend in Lake Tahoe!

Great stay , location is fantastic. Just be mindful of the nearly $400 cleaning fee that is standard there apparently. The price of the rental was low so all together was about what the others were nearby.

Cannot speak highly enough about this property! Location is perfect, beautiful forest view with a 12 minute drive to down town and the casinos. The cabin was spacious, clean beautiful and we felt right at home. The instructions were clear, we didn’t even need to reach out to the host once! Thank you for a wonderful trip, we made so many beautiful family memories here. Can’t wait to come back!

Close to everything yet very private. Loved our stay

It was a good time staying here. I had enough beds for 8 with 3 other options to lay on. The space was homey and comfortable. The chairs at the dining table and counter were loose so be cautious when you sit. It was nice having extra blankets and a water pitcher. Host is responsive within the hour. Would recommend.

We had a beautiful time. We were immediately at home and comfortable. There were 9 of us, a little tight with 2 bathrooms, but we made it work. Close to town, beaches within 10 minutes. Any questions we had were immediately answered by property management. I was impressed with all we had for the price!

Great location, beautiful home, about a 10-15 min drive from the beach. Only thing is the other houses are SUPER close in the backyard area so your privacy is a limited. They could use a full body mirror but that’s it! They have everything else you can think of & need!

We had our family of 9 people stay here during our visit to Lake Tahoe and we had an overall great experience. The home was nice and spacious, the kitchen was fully stocked with utensils, pots and pans and pretty much everything you need to cook meals at home, and the air conditioners worked great to cool the home down, which tends to get hot quick. The only downsides we have about this listing is that the refrigerator would not stop leaking (the owners already knew about it and were in the process of getting it fixed), the beds were a little stiff, especially the bunk beds which made it hard for some people to rest well, and although the listing shows a maximum of 10 people, we think 8 people would fit best for maximum comfort. Other than that, communication with our hosts was very efficient and quick. We had no issues with check in or check out. Would stay here again!

Nice place with all amenities that you might need. Really liked that they had the propane tanks filled and ready for the grill. Parking was a little tight and steps leading up to the house are steep. Master bedroom is beautiful and nicely set up. All other bed rooms were clean and neat.

Nice living room space for a larger group to hang out. There are a lot of different board games provided for guests to use during the visit. There were a couple of issues our group ran into, however.

The heater only works for the downstairs area. The ACs in the upstairs rooms were also heaters supposedly. However, despite turning them up to the highest temperature setting, it kept blowing out cold air. We tried to use the gas fireplace, but it smelled heavily of gas and did not feel safe to keep it on. There were a few blankets we found, but not enough for everyone staying upstairs, where three of the bedrooms are.

Parking is a bit more difficult, up a hill on a ramp. One of the sedan cars with a bike hatch had issues going up the ramp (even after removing the bikes) and ended up getting things scratched.

Bathrooms are also a lot smaller than expected. Provided bathroom essentials are the smaller hotel shampoo+conditioner and bar soaps.

The place looked just like the photos and was close to hikes and the lake. Only thing is that the floors were really dirty and there was dust hanging from the ceiling in second floor rooms.

We enjoyed our stay. Helpful, clear instructions provided. Lots of beds for our group. Everything we needed was there and space was clean.

Cabin is very nice. But it needs to be clean better. Spider webs in all the rooms and house. New sofas are needed.

We took up 7 adults and 2 babies just before Christmas. The place was beautiful and very clean. I loved the dining table! The location was about 15 minutes of an easy drive to Heavenly Ski Resort and not to far from restaurants.

We did come up shortly after a big storm so the driveway had a few inches of snow and ice on it. And the steps had a bunch of snow which was expected! The only improvements I would have liked would be a better snow shovel.

Would definitely book again. 5 stars!

The place was beautiful! Looks exactly like the pictures.

The only things that were very minor was the house phone kept ringing with spam calls and it rained super hard the last night we were there and the roof in the master bedroom started leaking.

But they were very responsive hosts and I’m sure they’ll fix those things for any future guests.

The house is stunning. Perfect for us and our 4 kids. Awesome touches (arcade table, family games) and an insanely well stocked kitchen made our stay so great. Looking at the beautiful stars from the porch off the master was wonderful.

My family and I had a fantastic time, location was perfect, cozy and plenty of room. We were close to the beaches, lakes and stores. This is a beautiful Airbnb…definitely recommend!

Beautiful place with such amazing views. A little further out about 15 minute drive into downtown but still such a great place. If guest are comfortable with bunk beds then should be fine. Kitchen is a dream.

Absolutely beautiful cabin, clean and super chick decor. Everything about was super clean and so cute. There's everything you might need like kitchen utensils and pans to extra mattress in the closet. There are 2 propane's grills in the patio. Parking is the only downfall i found as there is not actual parking space but more of a small driveway. So we had 3 cars and they fit bearly , parked close together. 15min drive to casino and heavenly. I would totally recommend this cabin for your future trips. I know for sure were coming back. Theres this awesome gaming table for the kids which kids and adults enjoyed. Theres table games and poker set. Made beautiful memories with my family.

This was a beautiful home in a great area only 10/15 minutes away from the village center. It was exactly what we expected. Would definitely stay here again.

We visited in May expecting to kayak and paddle board and to our surprise got snowed in. The house was nice and warm and super cozy. Location is great and beautiful neighborhood. Beware we had a bear visit two nights in a row…beautiful experience!

It was very clean, had all the things you would need for a getaway, and the location to restaurants and outdoor activities was great.

Great home and accommodations for groups of people. Home was equipped with anything you might need during your stay. Only inconvenience was having to figure out how to turn on the boiler for hot water. However, they were responsive and guided us through the process. Also note that the driveway to park uphill was uneven, which may cause scraping to lowered cars if not driven at a proper angle. Aside from that, it was a great home and would stay again!

We enjoyed our stay at Lux Villa, it was very roomy and perfect for our group. We ran around a lot but this would be a great house for cooking and sharing meals together. There was lots of room to spread out.

Great location for a family getaway. Rooms and house were well stocked with supplies, extra blankets, heaters and games for adults and kids! I needed help with living room tv and response time was within the hour. Upstairs gets warm quickly during the day but opening up windows helped. Nice and warm with heater and fireplaces in the rooms for nighttime. Bbq, laundry and patio area were a plus!

The place was clean, accurate and welcoming. When we first arrived, the water heater wasn’t working, but a Lux Villa representative arrived within minutes to help us! We did not expect our problem to be addressed that quickly! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Beautiful and cozy home and great neighborhood. Seconds away from both 89 and Pioneer Trail. Just as advertised. Kitchen was well stocked. Communication with property manager was effortless and checking in was a breeze. Would definitely stay here again.

This beautiful home is very well decorated and has the amenities you need to enjoy your stay in. The kitchen is very well equipped! My family and I enjoyed our long weekend stay here. You can count on having a lovely time whether you choose to go out or stay in during the snow season.

The house is in a beautiful little neighborhood. Love how it was sitting up high on a hill. We got lucky and experienced a snow storm while there! It was so cozy inside. The kids had a blast with the Pac-Man machine. Watched Christmas movies, and baked cookies. It was definitely a trip we’ll always remember and look back on

Airbnb was clean and cozy. We stayed for a weekend and had no issues except for a lack of shovels to shovel the driveway but it was easy enough to buy one.

The house is exactly as described. It comes with everything you need. Keep in mind there are some unfinished stairs from the driveway that lead to the stairs to the to get into the house. Pack lightly 🙂

Just as described! A wonderful home, with a ton of space. The amenities are modern, and easy to use. They even had an AC mini unit in two rooms when we arrived. It had been warm in Tahoe, plus the smoke. It was a surprising touch, and appreciated. Location was quiet, had lots of trees and a TWO patios to enjoy!!

The house was perfect.

You could expect wildlife we encountered a bear that opened our truck. Unfortunately my husband forgot to lock it with the keys and the bear decided to get a peak to find food thank GOD that he didn’t scratch anything

Good customer service and prompt response time. Wonderful space, beautifully decorated but way too many back to back technical issues/power issues through out our stay making it very inconvenient and frustrating.
