Great location in a nice quiet neighborhood, 13 min to California Lodge and 27 to Nevada side . Cozy house, pretty basic amenities. it was quite challenging to have a shower on the second floor bathroom, the shower’s head is not functioning properly, if you tall you need to band if you want to wash your hair . It was also not possible to have a bath in the first floor since the draining hole lid was missing . Eventually we had a great time despite of these little things.

It was a great place and we had so much fun, the only thing I would complain about was how cold the house was. The heater did not work and the fire place would randomly work it was incredibly cold. Other then that the house was amazing and it was an all around great stay. Other then being cold!

We loved this cute little cottage! The location was just perfect to where we wanted to go. The kids loved the game room and the pull out bed! From the outside it looks small especially compared to the other cabins but it was very comfortable and spacious for 6 adults and 3 kids.

Fun stay for kids and adults alike. The classic arcade games were a lot of fun, as well as the Foosball and air hockey tables. We liked that the arcade room was confined upstairs so the adults could socialize downstairs. Kitchen is equipped with air fryer and microwave. We had some issues with the coffee maker and toaster, and the kitchen was a little less well stocked than most (no coffee, salt, pepper, oil or any spices of any kind at least when we were there), but Holiday Market was not too far away. Dishwasher was tiny like it was for a studio apartment, but it was still doable with 8 people by running the dishwasher more frequently. Location was super convenient. Washer and dryer area was equipped with detergent, bleach and dryer sheets. Bathrooms had bath gel, shampoo and conditioner. All in all, it was a pleasant stay and in the winter cold of mid-February, the heater kept us warm.

We got stuck in Tahoe during a snowstorm and were able to book this place last minute for a couple of nights. Everything was as described and the space was nice. We did have an issue with a ceiling leak, and unfortunately, because of the snowstorm, no one was able to get to us to take a look, but we were able to stay for our allotted time as needed. I’d recommend this space for any groups looking for a spot in Tahoe as I’m sure they’ve fixed the temporary ceiling issue.

The place is a smoke free space. Upon check in the whole cabin had a horrible cigarette smoke scent. After I brought it to the host's attention, I was told the previous guest smoked. So the host/cleaning crew left a bottle of febreeze and two small air purifiers. The febreeze just masked and made the scent worse, air purifiers weren't really doing much either. So the host had previous knowledge of this and I wasn't given a heads up prior to my arrival. After an 8hr drive the last thing I wanted was to check in to a place that had a strong cigarette odor. I was there for about an hour after checking. loaded everything back in the car, canceled my reservation and left. worst experience on Airbnb ever!
