Enjoy the accommodations of a major resort in our comfy 1BR unit! 19 wooded acres including 1/4 mile of private beach. Relax in 1 of 2 hot tubs, dry saunas, fitness center & three swimming pools.
Lakeland Village Resort sits on the south shore of Lake Tahoe, just one mile from Heavenly and within walking distance to restaurants (from fast food to casual to fine dining) parks, shopping, and the Ski Run Marina. The location is truly unique in South Lake Tahoe and one of the reasons we love staying here.
Our warm and inviting unit is located on the second floor of the main lodge, with easy access to the elevators, saunas, fitness center, swimming pool, hot tub and underground parking.
A fully equipped mini kitchen is at your disposal for those times you feel like eating in. All essentials such as dish soap, dishwasher packs, sponges, paper towels, and kitchen towels are stocked for your visit. Note: The fridge is a mini fridge, the oven and stove are functional, but small. There is also a microwave and dishwasher.
This is not a studio but a true 1BR with a comfortable separate bedroom that has a king sized bed, its own flatscreen TV (HBO and HD local channels included) and opens into a small outdoor balcony/seating area.
The full bath and shower is separate from the sink and vanity for a little extra privacy, and there is storage space throughout the condo with three full closets as well as several cabinets and dressers.
The living area is furnished with a full sofa (queen sleeper), large arm chair, a second flat screen TV, DVD player, and gas fireplace.
Dining space opens to the kitchen and living area, and can seat four comfortably.
Free WiFi (password provided by front desk).
Towels, toiletries, hair dryer, are all provided, just bring some clothes and enjoy all that South Lake has to offer! We LOVE our cozy little condo and hope you will too!

If there is a blizzard, road closure, fire, smoke, rock slide, avalanche and/or any other natural disasters, our cancellation policy will still be enforced as we cannot expect our property owners to be held accountable for refunds for natural disasters which are expected to occur in the High Sierra Nevada Mountain Range on a constant, regular basis.

Great location! Walking distance to the lake and a 5 minute drive to Heavenly Ski Resort. We loved the hot tub that was right by the lake with great views! The place was well stocked with necessities like sheets, blankets, plates, pans, coffee pot, etc and very well organized. It was also stocked with games, movies and sleds.
The front desk was also helpful and provided towels for the hot tub and information on the area. It was the perfect amount of space for us (4 adults). Highly recommend. Also had covered parking which was really nice!

WATCH OUT FOR THE CANCELLATION POLICY. We couldn’t make it to the Airbnb due to a server winter storm and avalanche. The road condition was bad and reaching Tahoe could have put our lives in danger. However, the host refused to refund even a penny. Make sure you are ok with the policy before you book, and wish you don’t waste $790 for two nights like we did.

We had a wonderful stay in Lake Tahoe. The condo is well locate. It is near an excellent sandy beach, bike trails, and good restaurants. There was plenty of room for the two of us, and it even has two refrigerators, so we were able accommodate all of our food and drinks.

This one bedroom was perfect for our stay. Everything was easy...parking underground, and the elevator from the parking lot dropped us steps from the unit. Check-in was a breeze, all the instructions were clear. We didn't notice any highway noise, and there was even a bit of a mountain view. The place had games and puzzles, and was fully stocked with appliances, dishes, cookware and utensils. We weren't there at the right time to take advantage of the slopes or the lake, but this place is very convenient to both. Definitely looking forward to a return trip.

We enjoyed our stay here! Property is large. Check-in is to the left-side (condos) to where you enter the driveway. Property staff at front gave us instructions to room and amenities. Prime location, pools, hot tubs, private access to beach, and room was clean. The mini kitchen was nice to have. Although we did not use the items, Host has floaties and games for guests. Host was also responsive to questions. I would recommend this place to friends and would book again in the future.
