My friends and I stayed at this Airbnb location to skii and enjoy the Tahoe area. Heavenly skii resort and downtown Tahoe area resort is only 10 minutes away which was very convenient. The house was beautiful and clean, the rooms were very spacious and the pool table and hockey table was very provided a good amount of entertainment during our stay.

The only cons I had were the lack of towels provided. There were exactly enough for each person and I think 2 extra, which was a bit of a shock considering how big the house was. This wasn’t a huge problem but it would’ve been nice to have been provided more.

Also the day we arrived to the house the driveway was was covered in snow. Which made it difficult to check in. We had to park on the side of the road and shovel the snow out of the driveway for about 30 minutes before actually being able to park our cars.

Overall this was a great place to stay, I would definitely stay here again and would recommend this location for others.

The house was amazing, and everything we expected. We were very impressed with the appliances available in the kitchen, coffee pot, Keurig, rice cooker, air fryer and more. There was also a great collection of pots and pans.

We brought our own sleds only to find we didn’t need to. They had a collection there for us to borrow. Including snowball makers.

Great location for hiking, shopping, cycling and simply hanging out. Super spacious with a well stocked kitchen including pots, pans, cutting boards, utensils, and cleaning supplies. Multiple TV’s with all the major subscriptions services, perfect for a late night movie and popcorn by the fireplace (s).

Fantastic, cabinesque house with plenty of things to do - we got a ton of use out of the pool table, the large kitchen, the blackstone grill and the hot tub. Very clean and easy to check in to, overall great experience. The only detractor, which wasn't a big deal, is that there are strict quiet hour rules from 10pm - 8am, which we didn't find out until after we had booked.

This listing is 100% accurate and more than what I expected. Very pleased and will most definitely be staying again. The kitchen is perfect for entertaining, it is well stocked with appliances, pots and pans, plates, bowls, coffee mugs, and silverware - all matching which is a plus.
The bedrooms and bathrooms are extremely clean and spacious. The backyard backs-up to the forest where you can hike for hours along the Cold Creek stream. We had a Bear visit us just before sunset. There is a fenced gate which made us all feel very safe.
The home is located right next to a school, but there was little to no noise.
This home is a real gem!

We booked this for a bachelor party, originally 12 people, but other obligations and COVID knocked a few of us out in the week before the trip. There was plenty of space, and the master suite is nearly a 1 bed 1 bath apartment in and of itself. We made good use of the pool table and spacious kitchen, and the dining table was great for gaming and socializing. TVs in just about every room allowed everyone to watch what they wanted if they wanted alone time. The trash compactor was indispensable, allowing us to fit everything into the bear boxes.

Plenty of supplies, with soap, shampoo, towels, spices, cooking supplies and utensils, appliances made it just like home. The owners/managers were great and very communicative, and everything was as promised.

The only possible negative is that we saw the biggest ants we've ever seen, but they were few and far between, and really to be expected in such a beautiful and rustic setting.

The Lux Villa was fabulous! We throughly enjoyed our two night stay and felt super comfortable and relaxed the entire time! The house was clean, the kitchen was fully stocked, and the hot tub was ready for use!

The room arrangements were really convenient for our group of friends as well! The beds were very comfy and the bathrooms were large and clean! They also had extra blankets, towels, and pillows available! We would definitely love to stay here again!

Except master bedroom, other three bed rooms are in first floor, the master badroom, living room and kitchen are in second floor. The pictures are token using wide-angle lens so the actual space seems smaller than what you see from pictures. But even though, the actual space is big enough for us to enjoy.
