The house was very spacious, fully stocked with toiletries, kitchen supplies of all kind, fits 9 adults comfortably, all 4 cars were able to fit, house was stocked overall with anything that we needed to feel like a home away from home. Heating wise, upstairs was good, but people sleeping downstairs said it was a lot colder than upstairs. As well, walls were on the thinner side, so I can definitely hear some snoring downstairs while being upstairs in the main bedroom, but other than that it was a great stay!

That is a nice place to stay, clean, pretty close to everywhere, two large balcony with tables and chairs, fitting 3 cars in the garage, nice surroundings, big rooms and kitchen....that is great.

House was spacious and nearby establishments such as grocery stores, restaurants, etc. Kitchen is nicely stocked with tools you may need for cooking. I suggest bringing your own coffee, spices, oil, etc. Beds and couch were comfortable but may need upgrading soon. Hot tub worked well and was a nice touch.

Booked this Airbnb last minute - 4 days before our trip was scheduled to take place. I was so thankful this home was available, and also affordable! I am definitely interested in staying here again the next time I visit South Lake Tahoe. Initially booked this home due to its size, capacity, and the hot tub amenity. The house had everything we needed, plus more. The kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes, silverware, small appliances (toaster, blender, kettle) etc., even cooking oils and spices (though we didn't use these bc we brought our own). I definitely appreciated having access to the washer/dryer, towels, and stocked bathroom paper goods/toiletries.
Lux Villa VR was incredibly communicative and immediately responsive when I had questions. I'm impressed, thankful, and am already planning my next visit here at this location again. 10/10 would recommend.

There was plenty of space for us to spread out and relax, the kitchen was well stocked. It did take us a while to find things but once we found everything we had everything we needed. As mentioned in other reviews there are really only enough towels for one per person which is a little tricky if you are using the hot tub a lot but we managed just fine. I would definitely stay here again we used the tv and dvd player to hang out and watch movies there was also a puzzle that we put together. Overall great experience!

We did see a bear across the street while staying which was a cool experience since we were all safely in the house but make sure to use the bear boxes for trash because there are definitely bears in the area!

Loved that although we brought our own essentials there was plenty available for us in the house. The surroundings were quiet and beautiful. We would definitely stay there again.

We stayed at this home for a weekend getaway and it was super roomy for 10 guests. Walls and flooring is a little thin, so downstairs said they can hear most of upstairs which is common and esp with no carpet upstairs, kinda echos. Had games and a foosball table to do with the kids & family. Kitchen is equipped with everything which was great. Master bed sits pretty high, so got a little nervous to cosleep with my newborn on it, so bring a bassinet or plan for one of the queen beds. Also towels were very limited, cuz if you utilize the hot tub, you either gotta use the same towel for a shower or share a clean towel + they are small basic white ones that hardly fit a rounded body. So I highly recommend bringing your own. Other then that, we enjoyed the house and the hosts got back almost immediately when written.

We used this home for our spring break ski trip to Sierra. It was 15 minutes from the resort, the home was near restaurants, and grocery stores. The home was very spacious and had a foozball table which our kids absolutely loved. A large family area for the kids to play and watch movies as us adults sat in the spacious kitchen area. The hot tub was easy to get to and was ready for us to use! The garage was spacious and fit three trucks easily. We all agreed we want to use this place every year! Ideally, every trip!

Great place! Comfortable, cozy and super clean! Kitchen and laundry appliances seems to be new. Among more than 6ft of snow, they did a good job cleaning the driveway and hot tub area. Garage large enough to fit 3 big cars. Enough beds for 8 people sleep comfortable + an air mattress available. Spacious rooms with big closets. We strongly recommend this place and definitely would come back.

Bed in the Master was very tall but mattress is comfy. Bedding had a musty odor. Area rugs in all bathrooms noticeably dirty. Cabinets & drawers w/ games were more like junk drawers. The living room couch was dirty & smelled. The chest that they had quilts in was unraveled & destroyed & should've been trashed. Strong cat urine smell in the garage. Hot tub looked clean until the jets were turned on then the dirt started forming w/ the foam. I didn't see any justification where the cleaning charge was that high since the house didn't seem to be that clean when we arrived. The Biggest Issues are that the Business License & Transient Occupation Registration Certificate is expired 11/30/2021 and the Vacation Home Rental Permit is Expired 11/30/2022 Both posted on the wall. Why are they even on the AirBnB list if they are not current with their licenses? Not at all worth what we paid for to stay here for 3 nights. Pros: Location, spacious home/big yard, provided plastic sleds.

There was great communal space. great for a group ski weekend. Clear instructions and expectations were provided. The host was very responsive and friendly. The only thing our group would have liked is more bath towels. One small bath towel per person was provided and that wasn’t enough for 10 adults. Otherwise the stay was great and I would stay again!

Spacious house, we really enjoy our stay

Four families staying together were comfortable and found lots to do! Between games and movies, the jet tub inside, the hot tub outside, the foosball table and a little sledding hill, the kiddos stayed happily busy and the adults were able to talk and enjoy one another’s company.

Two things to be aware of: within the house, there is not much noise insulation. Not a problem for most (but I’m a light sleeper).

The second one shouldn’t stop you from reserving it, but might be useful for those already there: if you want the downstairs to be warm, you need to turn up the heat really high and close the upstairs vents.

We enjoyed our time here with the family. Very spacious and clean. Beds were comfy and there was even an extra blow up mattress that was included in the house. Kitchen had lots of dishes, pots, spices and silverware. We did go through a lot of paper towels due to no kitchen towels. Loved how they had lots of games, colorered pencils and color paper. Hot tub was very relaxing. I would recommend bringing extra towels from home for the hot tub since there is limited towels if you have a large family. The yard was very big we had enough room to take the kids sledding out there. I would definetly recommend this beautiful home.

Totally worth the price, you can’t really walk to many locations but it’s not too far of a drive to downtown and other activities.

The place was beautiful and my kids really loved it ! If it wasn’t for us being snowed in and the power outage, then I would’ve given it a complete 5 star. We had no power for 2 days straight and even after we checked out, the power was still out.

This was the perfect house for our family friend trip. The living areas are very large and spacious. We mostly gathered in the kitchen around the counter and table area. I would love to see more seating in the living room like ottomans or smaller chairs, but we didn’t spend much time in there watching tv. It was more time spent talking, playing games and playing foosball. The kids in the house loved the Foosball table. They also loved the hot tub, which was easy to use. They loved the different colored lighting features at night. The neighborhood was quiet and it the neighbors we did see where very friendly. The neighborhood is spread out, which we liked. The houses aren’t not close to each other which meant more privacy. We did have some questions during our stay and the number provided for texting answered with a fast response. Every activity we did was only a 10 to 20 minute drive from the house. It is a true mountain home. We would definitely stay again!

The weather was very dry.

I could not believe how clean the house was. Hats off to the cleaners! The entire home is spacious as well. My group spent a couple days indoors due to smoke and unhealthy air quality from the Dixie fire, so we spent quite some time inside. The foosball table, tv, and an assortment of provided board games kept us entertained. There were also three different porch areas to enjoy a coffee and the nearby trees. I messaged the host on two occasions, and they responded within 5 minutes. Nothing is better than a quick response when you need it! The location is convenient as well. Lake Tahoe is 15 minutes away, and food/groceries is under 10 minutes away.

The home was beautiful and clean. The only downside was the fridge took over 24 hours to actually get cold so if you bring perishable foods I would recommend bringing a cooler. I would also advise to bring your own towels as there were only enough for half of us. Other than that, it was a beautiful home with lots of room.

Place was very nice and clean. Big enough for a party of 10 or maybe more. Easy communication with property management. Eventually found the electric fans in the closets and made our stay much more enjoyable. Quiet neighborhood. Will stay here again. Thank you!!

Except master bedroom, other three bed rooms are in first floor, the master badroom, living room and kitchen are in second floor. The pictures are token using wide-angle lens so the actual space seems smaller than what you see from pictures. But even though, the actual space is big enough for us to enjoy. In general we are happy with this place!

Loved staying here in this quiet neighborhood and really enjoyed the hot tub!!
