We used this home for our spring break ski trip to Sierra. It was 15 minutes from the resort, the home was near restaurants, and grocery stores. The home was very spacious and had a foozball table which our kids absolutely loved. A large family area for the kids to play and watch movies as us adults sat in the spacious kitchen area. The hot tub was easy to get to and was ready for us to use! The garage was spacious and fit three trucks easily. We all agreed we want to use this place every year! Ideally, every trip!

Great place! Comfortable, cozy and super clean! Kitchen and laundry appliances seems to be new. Among more than 6ft of snow, they did a good job cleaning the driveway and hot tub area. Garage large enough to fit 3 big cars. Enough beds for 8 people sleep comfortable + an air mattress available. Spacious rooms with big closets. We strongly recommend this place and definitely would come back.

Bed in the Master was very tall but mattress is comfy. Bedding had a musty odor. Area rugs in all bathrooms noticeably dirty. Cabinets & drawers w/ games were more like junk drawers. The living room couch was dirty & smelled. The chest that they had quilts in was unraveled & destroyed & should've been trashed. Strong cat urine smell in the garage. Hot tub looked clean until the jets were turned on then the dirt started forming w/ the foam. I didn't see any justification where the cleaning charge was that high since the house didn't seem to be that clean when we arrived. The Biggest Issues are that the Business License & Transient Occupation Registration Certificate is expired 11/30/2021 and the Vacation Home Rental Permit is Expired 11/30/2022 Both posted on the wall. Why are they even on the AirBnB list if they are not current with their licenses? Not at all worth what we paid for to stay here for 3 nights. Pros: Location, spacious home/big yard, provided plastic sleds.

There was great communal space. great for a group ski weekend. Clear instructions and expectations were provided. The host was very responsive and friendly. The only thing our group would have liked is more bath towels. One small bath towel per person was provided and that wasn’t enough for 10 adults. Otherwise the stay was great and I would stay again!

Four families staying together were comfortable and found lots to do! Between games and movies, the jet tub inside, the hot tub outside, the foosball table and a little sledding hill, the kiddos stayed happily busy and the adults were able to talk and enjoy one another’s company.

Two things to be aware of: within the house, there is not much noise insulation. Not a problem for most (but I’m a light sleeper).

The second one shouldn’t stop you from reserving it, but might be useful for those already there: if you want the downstairs to be warm, you need to turn up the heat really high and close the upstairs vents.

Great home! Very comfortable and well appointed.

We enjoyed our time here with the family. Very spacious and clean. Beds were comfy and there was even an extra blow up mattress that was included in the house. Kitchen had lots of dishes, pots, spices and silverware. We did go through a lot of paper towels due to no kitchen towels. Loved how they had lots of games, colorered pencils and color paper. Hot tub was very relaxing. I would recommend bringing extra towels from home for the hot tub since there is limited towels if you have a large family. The yard was very big we had enough room to take the kids sledding out there. I would definetly recommend this beautiful home.

This was the perfect house for our family friend trip. The living areas are very large and spacious. We mostly gathered in the kitchen around the counter and table area. I would love to see more seating in the living room like ottomans or smaller chairs, but we didn’t spend much time in there watching tv. It was more time spent talking, playing games and playing foosball. The kids in the house loved the Foosball table. They also loved the hot tub, which was easy to use. They loved the different colored lighting features at night. The neighborhood was quiet and it the neighbors we did see where very friendly. The neighborhood is spread out, which we liked. The houses aren’t not close to each other which meant more privacy. We did have some questions during our stay and the number provided for texting answered with a fast response. Every activity we did was only a 10 to 20 minute drive from the house. It is a true mountain home. We would definitely stay again!

I could not believe how clean the house was. Hats off to the cleaners! The entire home is spacious as well. My group spent a couple days indoors due to smoke and unhealthy air quality from the Dixie fire, so we spent quite some time inside. The foosball table, tv, and an assortment of provided board games kept us entertained. There were also three different porch areas to enjoy a coffee and the nearby trees. I messaged the host on two occasions, and they responded within 5 minutes. Nothing is better than a quick response when you need it! The location is convenient as well. Lake Tahoe is 15 minutes away, and food/groceries is under 10 minutes away.

The home was beautiful and clean. The only downside was the fridge took over 24 hours to actually get cold so if you bring perishable foods I would recommend bringing a cooler. Except master bedroom, other three bed rooms are in first floor, the master badroom, living room and kitchen are in second floor. The pictures are token using wide-angle lens so the actual space seems smaller than what you see from pictures. But even though, the actual space is big enough for us to enjoy.
