We had a great time at Cattlemans Trail. The house is private, has all amenities to cook and clean. The hot tub was very nice and we enjoyed it as some snow was falling.
We had a small issue with the heater - we were not sure how to make it work - but the host sent someone promptly to assist us and they even brought us extra space heaters, just in case.
The grocery store was only a few minutes away and it's open 24 hours. We hiked a trail about 25 minutes away by car and that was spectacular. In general, the location was perfect!

When we first stumbled upon this house on Airbnb, it seemed almost too good to be true. We thought there was a catch! Everything was as perfect as it seemed online. Host provided us with all the information we needed . The house is really comfortable. The kitchen contains everything you need. The bed is comfortable and the bathroom are clean and light. The location was incredible. Host went way beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. Thanks for such a wonderful time! We will be back.

This home is stunning. We felt right at home and the hosts were very attentive to our requests. We had a large party of 14 with 2 year old twins. There was adequate bathrooms and showers. The kitchen truly exceeded our expectations and was stocked complete with bar ware, cutlery, large stock pots, baking sheets and even an insta pot.

The game room was delightful. We only wished a bathroom was downstairs and you could tell there were a few things damaged in the winter storm (the hot tub cover was broken and some trees were down) but none of this affected our time.

If you plan on staying in south lake, don’t miss this house! The neighborhood folks are very welcoming and morning walks soothe the soul. We even saw a coyote passing.

Clean, spacious, met our needs. Loved the snow access to the backyard. Plumbing upstairs was an issue, but were able to fix it in a short time. Extra heaters and fans in rooms were a plus.

The house is big overall. They did not maintain it as advertised. Front door walkway and balcony/jacuzzi was not accessible due to large amounts of snow/ice. The driveway was covered in ice making it very very hard to party but we had no choice since there’s limited parking and front door had a wall of snow blocking it. There were wet sheets in the washer and drier they told us to dry and put to the side but that was from a previous guest. Half the rooms don’t get heat the others turn into a sauna. Main floor bedroom door is glass and fully transparent so there’s no privacy. There was a mouse trying to escape out of a garbage pin in the garage. Upstairs toilet had trouble flushing and one of the upstairs bedroom doors wouldn’t close. Great location and big house, not well maintained

This home was great for our group of 8 adults and 6 kids. Plenty of space, lots of beds. It has two large common areas so the kids and adults could be separated. There is a large open space behind the home that the kids enjoyed. The hosts were very responsive to anything that came up.
One thing to know is that sound travels all around the house so people talking in the living room can be heard in the bedrooms.

My stay here was great! The place was clean, spacious enough for 13 people, and it was no more than 10 min from downtown. The kitchen was nice and fully stocked with dishes, glasses, cooking ware, etc. The downstairs was a cool place to hang out with the pool table, foosball, and the big flat screen. And the house had plenty of beds which was nice given the amount of people in our group. Would definitely recommend for anyone else with a large group.

This home has a lot going for it, but needs some significant maintenance to justify it's price. It's large and fairly private, easily accommodating a big group with many rooms and an open kitchen and living room with large windows with a view of a wooded area. There is no large dining room table, just a high top which probably won't fit your large group. Also a fairly small deck for such an otherwise large home. Not much of a back yard area, though there is a very good size hot tub that worked well and was a high point for our stay. While the home itself is in good shape, the appliances you need to stay there are not. The primary bedroom bathtub leaks. The dryer doesn't dry well. The toilets are hard to flush. The toasters don't toast. You don't get many towels so having a working washer dryer for a large group is key, it was a big annoyance. Fix up these details and this is a five star property, as is it's a three star.

Overall a good place to stay! They only provide one towel per guest which was a little difficult for showering and using the hot tub. There was a pool ball missing and the fooseball table needs some repairs. Also, the grill was extremely dirty and started a grease fire promptly after starting so be sure to use caution! 1) the TV remotes were not in the right place (1 was actually missing so they had bring it the next day) - so they were unusable for the first day
2) there is no AC, but not all windows have the bug screen
3) the foosball table is breaking down

Other than these, I had no complaint, and these are just minor complaints for the owners to think about for the future
All in all, great experience, lots of fun, definitely would stay again if chance comes!

Very big house, we had some trouble using the tv due to wifi issues. Also, house wasn’t very clean as expected, we could t find a broom or mop to use while we were there. One really annoying thing was that outside trash cans were very very full and we had a hard time fitting more garbage bags.
