Our family loved it here. So glad we made it up to lake tahoe. Very close to every place we had to get to. We enjoyed the play room and it just felt so cozy. Love the fire place and the location is just so awesome.

Lux Villa was a great place for our party. They accommodated all of our needs and the place was beautiful. A little ways out of town but not bad

This location was a great choice for myself and my group of friends staying in South Lake for a week to hang out, see the snow, and visit the nearby town and ski resort. There was plenty of room for all 12 of us during the day between the living room and game room upstairs (pool table in pictures), and enough room to sleep at night that we could've gone without the pull-out couch if we had wanted. Within easy walking distance, we had a corner store, a Cafe, and a really nice grocery store we could walk to regularly, great scenery on the way. Of the 4 rentals my group has stayed at in the Tahoe area, we would easily consider this one again for another trip.

The stay was very convenient to tube Tahoe. The place has great amenities with bbq grill and spa.

Great little cabin in South Lake Tahoe to stay at. Spacious and there is a jacuzzi included! I would definitely recommend this to anyone who’s going with friends or family!

Host was very responsive to our needs. The spa needed cleaning and they came out the next day. One of the beds was broke, they told us the day of, it worked out ok but felt the bed was a little rickety, especially for adult’s sleeping on it.
No air conditioning, it did say that on their amenities but we sure could have used it. They have several box fans but a few didn’t work.
The game room was a hit and the rooms upstairs was huge( but hot).
Overall we enjoyed ourselves and loved the area.
If your going to the beaches be aware you need to get there early!!

The house was a good place for a group and in a good location in Meyers, close to the golf course and not too far from South Lake. The hottub was nice and everything was comfy inside. We felt that the place could use a little decoration and sprucing up. It was a bit barren, floormatts could be replaced, maybe a few decorations to make it feel more like a Tahoe cabin. Other than that it was a nice stay

It was a very nice place to stay at, super peaceful, great neighbors. Stores where at a close distance. There were several restaurants nearby, and the Lake was no further than 15m away. We had an amazing time. However, for the price that was paid, it was unfortunate to see many of the pans and doors where falling apart. A lot of sqeeky noises when closing and opening doors.

Quiet location, nice outdoor space, spacious home with responsive host. However, there are concerns with cleanliness (dirty carpet, cobwebs on ceiling, and stains on pool table) and broken furniture.

Nice place!

Rental matched the description and check-in was a smooth easy process. Host was proactive in providing information to support an easy transition. When our party encountered an issue that made us uncomfortable, the host was sensitive, responsive and accommodating of our needs. Communication was prompt and host helped us find a solution we were happy with.

Everything was just like the pictures. It was a great experience. However only thing is that there were spider webs in the corners of the rooms. There was also bugs by the windows and drapes.

We had a great stay here! Great location and hot tub and pool were used by all!

Home’s location is perfect for access to the main road. It is spacious enough to accommodate 5 adults and 5 children. If you are looking for a short or long stay, home will accommodate your travel needs.
It’s location allows easy access to local shops, businesses, and other entertainments nearby.
It’s 20 minutes from the lake and downtown and 1 hour 20 minutes from Reno. Plan your activities ahead as there is so much to do here from skiing, snowboarding, tube sledding, dinning, and of course shopping and gaming at the casinos.

This home was everything for a fun cabin trip to Tahoe with friends.

We visited this place during winter and it had everything we needed to stay warm and comfy. The location was very close to the main road but was quiet for the most part. The pathway from the driveway to the entrance could have been maintained better, but we were able to go back and forth with few issues.
The hot tub great as was the play room with the dart board and pool table.
Any questions we had were promptly addressed. We very much enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place!

Very relaxed experience for a break during our US trip. The washer/dryer was worth it alone. Great value when compared to nearby places especially considering a 12 person occupancy. A bit of character but cannot fault. Responsive host that assisted us with a very last minute booking.

This is a great house from an accessibility perspective with only a few stairs to enter the house and then most of the common rooms and bedrooms all on the ground floor. Heating, hot tub and fireplace worked well and we had plenty of hot water. The game room and bunk room are directly above the living room and downstairs bedrooms and you can definitely hear people moving around upstairs.

Lake Tahoe got inundated with snow and a citywide power loss due to the big NYE storm. Only having one snow shovel at the house and no heating source without electricity, no flashlights, or candles in the house made for a dark and cold NYE. I don’t think these outages occur very often, but if you are visiting during peak winter months I would be proactive and bring those things.

All in all the house worked well for our needs.

Perfect house for a snowboard/ski trip. Check-in was a breeze, and the house has all the amenities necessary. The pool table, dartboard and hot tub is a huge plus for relaxing after the slopes

This is a great space for families, we enjoyed the location as it was in a cute little town very close to Lake Tahoe. The rooms all were very nice sized and we loved the upstairs room with the pool table, darts and board games as well. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook breakfast, lunch and dinner and there was a nice market walking distance for groceries.
