Host was very responsive to our needs. The spa needed cleaning and they came out the next day. One of the beds was broke, they told us the day of, it worked out ok but felt the bed was a little rickety, especially for adult’s sleeping on it.
No air conditioning, it did say that on their amenities but we sure could have used it. They have several box fans but a few didn’t work.
The game room was a hit and the rooms upstairs was huge( but hot).
Overall we enjoyed ourselves and loved the area.
If your going to the beaches be aware you need to get there early!!

The house was a good place for a group and in a good location in Meyers, close to the golf course and not too far from South Lake. The hottub was nice and everything was comfy inside. We felt that the place could use a little decoration and sprucing up. It was a bit barren, floormatts could be replaced, maybe a few decorations to make it feel more like a Tahoe cabin. Other than that it was a nice stay

It was a very nice place to stay at, super peaceful, great neighbors. Stores where at a close distance. There were several restaurants nearby, and the Lake was no further than 15m away. We had an amazing time. However, for the price that was paid, it was unfortunate to see many of the pans and doors where falling apart. A lot of sqeeky noises when closing and opening doors.

Home’s location is perfect for access to the main road. It is spacious enough to accommodate 5 adults and 5 children. If you are looking for a short or long stay, home will accommodate your travel needs.
It’s location allows easy access to local shops, businesses, and other entertainments nearby.
It’s 20 minutes from the lake and downtown and 1 hour 20 minutes from Reno. Plan your activities ahead as there is so much to do here from skiing, snowboarding, tube sledding, dinning, and of course shopping and gaming at the casinos.

We visited this place during winter and it had everything we needed to stay warm and comfy. The location was very close to the main road but was quiet for the most part. The pathway from the driveway to the entrance could have been maintained better, but we were able to go back and forth with few issues.
The hot tub great as was the play room with the dart board and pool table.
Any questions we had were promptly addressed. We very much enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place!

This is a great house from an accessibility perspective with only a few stairs to enter the house and then most of the common rooms and bedrooms all on the ground floor. Heating, hot tub and fireplace worked well and we had plenty of hot water. The game room and bunk room are directly above the living room and downstairs bedrooms and you can definitely hear people moving around upstairs.

Lake Tahoe got inundated with snow and a citywide power loss due to the big NYE storm. Only having one snow shovel at the house and no heating source without electricity, no flashlights, or candles in the house made for a dark and cold NYE. I don’t think these outages occur very often, but if you are visiting during peak winter months I would be proactive and bring those things.

All in all the house worked well for our needs.

This is a great space for families, we enjoyed the location as it was in a cute little town very close to Lake Tahoe. The rooms all were very nice sized and we loved the upstairs room with the pool table, darts and board games as well. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook breakfast, lunch and dinner and there was a nice market walking distance for groceries.
