This house listing is accurate and it served our needs well. It's about an 18 min drive to Heavenly - close enough and nice to be in a real neighborhood. The management company had clear/good communication and responded timely to my questions.
The pluses - the house cleanliness was very good, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was stocked well with lots of cooking gadgets and the appliances are in good working order. The hot tub is great!
Things other guests may want to know - this is a "comfortable" house, as another guest commented, meaning that it's lived in. You can have kids here and not worry too much. Some furniture and kitchen cabinets show wear but are fine. The cookware assortment is mostly skillets; they should add more pots of varying sizes, and more baking/roasting sheets for cooking in the oven, as there was only 1 small one. Hopefully they'll remedy this soon.
The 2-car garage is available to park inside.
Overall a very good rental and I'd stay here again.

It was a lovely home and we would rebook again in a heartbeat. We were able to easily fit 6 adults and 2 toddlers. The shared areas were spacious and not cluttered. The toddlers had good "running lanes". The garage easily fit two cars and had easy access to the lower area/rooms. The hot tub was clean and really relaxing after a day of skiing. We were able to play out in the snow in the back yard and created a small ramp for saucers. We did have to bring a gate for the stairs to keep the toddlers from falling down, but this was expected from the photos of the place. The bed frames were not the best, but the mattresses and pillows were nice.

We had a great time here. The place was clean and comfortable.

The only things worth noting that were not ideal - you can’t be in the backyard, use the hot tub, or be on the porch after 10 pm, or you’ll be fined $1,000. There were not enough dining chairs, and light bulbs in the master bathroom needed replacing. Other than that, it was a great experience to ring in the new year.

Area was perfect, check in was easy but the house amenities need to be updated. Couch is old and floors were dirty. Pots and pans are old. Needed more towels since there is a hot tub. But hot tub was great. The master bathroom lights were not all working and some were flickering which was very annoying. Master closet was locked so we weren't able to hang our big jackets which I thought was weird. The home itself was beautiful and we love the area and definitely plan to go back. The home just needs some upgrading.

Great home, well stocked. Kids loved the Xbox :).
Roomy, comfy, built-in speakers in the ceiling allowed great music playing, hot tub outside is a bonus.
We'll def stay here again.

Previously we had a not so nice experiencehad a with Vacasa but during this stay comms with Vacasa were great.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Beautiful house in a beautiful setting. Everything as described. Well stocked and comfortable beds. There was a bed frame that was broken upon arrival and the host took care of it quickly and communicated extremely well. Located away from the busyness and crowds of South Lake Tahoe but easy to get to quickly. Would totally recommend this place.

This home was great for our family’s ski getaway. We did the hike to kirkwood daily and it was a beautiful drive. The home was warm, and stocked well enough. Lots of cozy blankets. Kitchen could use some better organizing and being your own cleaning supplies for counters but otherwise a good space for a winter getaway.

Food left in refrigerator, stains on kitchen and bathroom walls, mattresses were uncomfortable, dirty rugs throughout house, stove has a short when trying to start, broken couch, had to literally dig out bbq pit.

The space was spacious, but there was just some odd things. Only 4 dining chairs for a house of 8. No extra towels or blankets located in designated closet. Had to do 2 loads of towels for a 3 day stay. Stove didn’t stay lit while cooking. Every single house plant was dying and dried out. And the fireplace did not work. Property management was quick with responses and helpful when needed.

The house was great, location was nice, but the best part was how understanding the host was. Will most definitely be staying with them again

Lux Villa was responsive to help with the few minor hiccups we had. Clean, stocked pantry with spare ingredients, and especially a great spot for getting some laptop work done.

We stayed for 3 days the location and place was clean and nice. The power outage was the issue we had leave 1 day early and stayed in hotel for the night because there was no power.

Great place and very close to Heavenly resort, the kitchen was very well stocked and the house was very clean. The management company was very proactive and provided clear instructions before checking in . Overall one of the best Airbnb we have stayed yet and will surely book this place if we are in Lake Tahoe area

Excellent place to stay with a fantastic location! The house was clean and had plenty of necessities. Loved the hot tub as well as the comfortable bed!

The lodge felt very homey and was uniquely set up to enjoy a wide range of activities from work-from-home to post-ski wind-downs at the hot tub. We had a great experience staying at the lodge.

We had a wonderful time staying here! There was so much snow and the kids were able to make a mini sled slope in the back yard. The hot tub was clean and wonderful to get in after a day of snowboarding. The kitchen was fully stocked with plenty of utensils, plates, pots, pans and spices. We cooked most of our meals at the house and the grocery store is just down the road. There were two smart tvs, an Xbox and some games to play.

Great place for group and have a large backyard to play in the snow. Nice and homey place with all the necessities.

This exceeds our expectations, great place very clean and very cozy. Surely recommended!

Spacious and comfortable stay, complete with laptop hook-ups for those working remotely. Porch in the front made for some nice mornings to sip coffee from. Steps from the Pioneer Trail where we road biked on many mornings. Thank you for the hospitality!

This place was good. You can get to do all kinds activities in South Lake Tahoe within 15 min drive. The kitchen has lots of kitchenware to use. Lots of board games and Xbox were provided. We had so much fun during our stay.
